Looked at reviews, compared prices for services and also having used Costco services, they provide 15% discount for services.
Very pleasant and scheduled appointment and was able to wait while service was rendered.

This place was clean, was quick and we're very nice and professional. We thought we had a bigger issue but found out we only needed a plug in the tire. They treated my girlfriend with respect and didn't try to sell us anything else we didn't need. I will be going here in the future for sure.

I had the opportunity to visit this place twice for diagnosing and fixing the rear brakes of my vehicle, which had driven under 20,000 miles.Positive Points:1. One thing that impressed me was their fast and on-site examination service. Unlike at a dealership, I got to witness the mechanic inspecting the condition of my rotors and brake pads, which was quite reassuring.2. The staff, particularly Denise, impressed me with her welcoming and well-informed approach. She not only offered excellent advice on my brake problem but also shared helpful suggestions for my friend's car's oxygen sensor issue without even examining it. My mechanic, Gardy, deserves praise for being quick and reliable as well.3. I found the overall cost to be reasonable, considering the quick turnaround time and quality workmanship. Additionally, this shop honors Costco memberships and offers a 15% discount on parts and labor.Areas for Improvement:1. The online appointment system seemed a bit slow or lagging. I would recommend calling and directly speaking to Denise to secure an appointment.2. The parking space and waiting room are on the smaller side, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy times.3. Off Fridays during the summer

Unfortunately didn’t have the greatest experience recently at Stewies. I went in a few weeks ago for a 4 wheel alignment and after the service was done, I noticed my car still drove the same way, steering wheel tilted to the right to keep the car straight, if I forced the wheel straight and centered my car would veer to the left, so clearly it’s still unaligned. I called back and they were nice enough to look at my car again and said they made a small correction but told me to get a tire rotation if my car still feels unaligned which doesn’t make sense, a rotation won’t fix my cars alignment and my tires all have even tread on them. My car still drives off, it’s definitely not aligned in any way and I just feel lost out of $100 I paid for a service I feel wasn’t done correctly on my car. I’ve been to Stewies before for other work and had a good experience there, but this will be my first and last visit for an alignment as I don’t think they do them correctly.

They were very professional and quick when helping me with a battery replacement. I really felt that they had my best interest in mind when ordering the replacement, which ended up being far more affordable than expected. I'd be happy to drive the 30+ min from Boston to receive this level of service.

100/10 experience. Completely exceeded way beyond my expectations. Greeted with an incredibly polite receptionist at the front desk who was very accommodating, spoke with the mechanic who was also very polite and friendly. I was taken care of for a valve stem and TPMS replacement, and they were very kind to serve me without an appointment or calling in advance. To say I had a pleasant experience would be an understatement. Very friendly staff, looking forward to doing more business in the future!

100/10 experience. Completely exceeded way beyond my expectations. Greeted with an incredibly polite receptionist at the front desk who was very accommodating, spoke with the mechanic who was also very polite and friendly. I was taken care of for a valve stem and TPMS replacement, and they were very kind to serve me without an appointment or calling in advance. To say I had a pleasant experience would be an understatement. Very friendly staff, looking forward to doing more business in the future!
