Every interaction is so easy, whether we are looking for uniform jerseys for 650 kids, cases upon cases of baseballs, trophies, coach gear, etc. They never cease to impress me with their ability to meet deadlines that seem impossible, and are so accommodating at every step of the ordering and procurement process. “Super nice owner. Brought my Ruger S9 compact in for a custom holster. Unfortunately he was pretty busy, but I look forward to coming back in the future when he can take more requests. He gave me honest opinions and some good info. I forgot my light at home, but he had plenty of lights from multiple companies for references. Ended up leaving with a standard pre-made holster that works heaps better than my current holster. I think he even gave me a military discount. Regardless, good experience, will definitely be back before I leave Massachusetts.”

“I’m a new golfer. I stopped into this Pro shop on a whim bc I was a woman using my son’s golf clubs and was told I should really get some women’s golf clubs. I explained my situation and told the gentleman working that I was interested in purchasing some used clubs. He helped my find a really nice set of used clubs and suggested a new driver on close out bc it was the same price as new. I also got a used hybrid. My next golf lesson, I showed my coach my new clubs. He was very impressed and told me they were really good clubs. I have enjoyed playing with them immensely and it certainly has helped my game. I highly recommend this place.”

“I took a drive here earlier today with my husband who was in the market for a new pair of sneakers/walking shoes. He can be a tough fit for any and all clothing because at 6'3" tall with a size 13 wide foot, things can be limited in stock. As it is, he has all his dress shirts made for him and he has had suits custom made to ensure an impeccable and comfortable fit.Lucky for him, the particular sneakers he was looking for were not only in stock here in his size but at a lower (factory outlet) price. The customer service was impeccable. A salesman named Hector assisted him and brought out not only the shoe he was looking for but a couple of other examples for Tom to try on and consider. For essentially what is an outlet store, this level of service seemed above and beyond and was greatly appreciated.The store also sells, lots of other New Balance sportswear for both men and women....leggings, sweats, jackets, gym wear, socks and even hats and gloves all under the New Balance label.As this is a "factory store" with lower prices, you cannot always count on finding the exact thing you are looking for and in your size. That said, there seemed to be a huge array of inventory of all kinds. There are some things sold here that are "factory" seconds but those are clearly marked. If not marked as such you can be assured they are first quality.New Balance is a local Massachusetts company so it is nice to give them our business. Many, although not all, New Balance shoes are manufactured in the United States and they employ many New Englanders amongst their 5 manufacturing sites in Massachusetts and Maine. This is a good new story from a good news company trying to do the right thing here in the USA.This store is a bit out of the way for us but I would definitely return. There is another outlet a bit closer to us in Brighton but for us, that means traipsing in and through the city and ending up in a potential parking nightmare. Here, there is plenty of easy and free parking and the store and its layout are large and easy to navigate.”

“I always come here for all my golfing needs. Customer service is unbeatable here compared to the PGA store. Everyone greeted me to make sure I was taken care of. Guys knew what they were talking about. Came in to get new grips for my putter, walked out trading my odyssey for the new Scotty Cameron Newport! The gentleman gave me extra money for the trade in and gave me the new super stroke grips for my new putter for free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! Keep supporting your locals!”

“I have been purchasing batting gloves for 30 years from this company. For the past 10 years they have been custom. Franklin Sports has excellent customer service. I just read the single review on here and it is amazing how ridiculous people are today. Totally unfair and Franklin's explanation makes perfect sense. "we count days differently"????? Complete joke of a response from the reviewer. Let me tell you about my experience. Anytime...ANYTIME I have an issue with my gloves I email the company with a photo and they resolve it right away. There have only been a few of those. They are also very quick to respond. The guys are super. I am capable of understanding how days and weeks work in the real world. I am capable of waiting the six weeks for the gloves to ship because that is the expectation level the company sets.”
