It can get super busy, but I always feel the customer service is exceptional. I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience.
Just wanted to acknowledge all the hard work that goes into the service here.
Massive parking lot.
Automatic doors, bathrooms, and motorized carts.
Very accessible.

There is obviously a management problem at this location. Last 10 times I have been, not a single hand held basket at entrance. Shopping carts all over the parking lot. There is no attention to detail and no one really cares. I avoid this place when I can, but the location is too convenient to completely avoid.

We always order grocery delivery from this Shaw's. We use delivery mostly due to our work schedules and available time.
We've only ever had one major issue and it was resolved.
Lately, however the quality of the shopping has gone way down. They used to substitute with great items if something wasn't in stock. Now they don't even try to substitute anything at all. They just cancel the item with no way of asking for a replacement. They also will send the text stating things were out of stock or to approve any substitutes with very little time to review the changes.
We've been ordering from here since moving to Randolph in November and it has been great until the last month or so.
Unfortunately due to these issues we have been utilizing Instacart far more often. Oddly enough, when I use Instacart to get items from Shaw's they can find the "out of stock" items and/or find a suitable replacement.
Hopefully Shaw's can resolve the issues and better train staff on shopping for online orders

What happened to all the shopping baskets at this location? No matter the time of day or what day of the week it is every time I have come to this location for the past two months or so they’re no baskets at the entrance?
Just this past week it seems they are completely out now, none even at the shelf checkout.

I enjoy shopping at the Randolph store very clean and the employees are very helpful, keep up the great work.

My place of business gets catering from them at least once a month. My employees love the deli sandwiches and the fried chicken. Its almost a steal. Plus, if we need sauces, its right down the aisle.

I called this place, spoke with produce to see if a specific product was in stock, it was confirmed, twice, that the product was in stock. I drive 30 minutes to pick up just to be told the product is out of stock.

Shaw's Is the Best ?. I always do my groceries there. They even have food that are ready all you have to do is buy it ! So my message for you guys is BUY AT SHAW'S ITS THE BEST.
