Took my girlfriend here so they could buy some supplies. They were better stocked than the Sally store we went to in Brockton the day before. The place was clean and organized. The woman working was very pleasant, gave us information on sales, and was able to help my girlfriend find what they were looking for. Located in the Shaws shopping center across from Randolph High School with plenty of parking.

The Manager is always rude, and never respects her employees. No wonder why there’s new ones everyday. If my child had to endure her verbal abuse, I’d sue Sally’s and press charges on the manager.

Came in Sally in Randolph to buy perm solution, I asked the girl if they have monthly flyer for stylist, she had no clue what i'm talking about.Then I picked 2 boxes of perm for her to ring me out, it came out $6 something each, I was surprised since the price tag on the shelf says $4.99. She went to check then said, "the price was update but they didn't fix the tag". And I didn't count I supposed to have a little discount for having licence. So pay attention to the price when you shop there.

If I can give this place a 0 star, I most certainly would.I essentially came to this store in Randolph, to purchase “gel” nail polish. I saw they had a sale buy one get one free. As I am shopping in the store, I hear the young lady speaking to the manager over the phone, sharing a story regarding a customer who was upset because a product had a price on it but was ringing up as a different price. Apparently, the price wasn’t honored and the customer asked to leave the item at the register and she would return when the manager gets back.Well as for my experience, the exactsame thing happened. One of the nail polish scanned at $25 when the advertised tag said $13.69. In addition, there was a red tag with a promotion of buy one get one free.The young lady at the register, call the other young lady who was speaking with the manager over to the front. The young lady was informed by the manager on the phone to change the nail polish price, that was after 4 minutes of going back and forth. However, she said she couldn’t honor the b1G1 , because she has already honor changing the price, to the price that is being promoted. She also stated the system is not recognizing the b1G1 and there is nothing she can do.She was adamant she is only going to do one or the other. I told her, this is how the store is marketing their product, why would I need to pay for their error, simply because their system is not recognizing a promotion they are running. All in all, I almost spend $120 there because of course I was going to buy other items.It’s unfortunate, the manager on the phone did not provide a solution. Nor did she support her employees properly. I am sure this could have gone differently if I happened to be another customer. They were absolutely nonchalant and dismissive of me being a customer and their false promotions.At the end she took the signs down, as she walked to the back of the store to whisper to her manager, while she was talking about me. so I decided to take picture for proof. I plan to share my experience with corporate as well!!!!In addition, I asked for the manager card or number, the young lady refused to give it to me. All of this was down, while she was on the phone with the manager. Unbelievable!!!Who ever is the manager for this store, certainly needs to brush up on her skills on how to run a business. This was handled very poorly. These times are not the times, where you would want to lose customers, especially over a system error and false advertising on their end.

drove all the way there for them to have a “be back in 30 minutes” sign and when i call after i sit there for a little , i call she says “ i put it up 2 minutes ago . “ ended up leaving ???

Over the last year my experiences at this store have always been positive and I've been coming here for many years. There used to be some rude clerks but no more. Everyone is kind and helpful.

Don't deserve a star, the service was horrible. Tried to force us to buying what we didn't want even after calling customer care to resolve it she refused to take the call. I ended up leaving the goods for the store. It's bait and switch very unprofessional

Went into Sally's for hair products and had no problems finding what I went in for. Actually went in for two products and walked out with three as they are having a good deal on certain products this week. Buy 2, get 1 free. The assistant was very helpful going above and beyond explaining what is best. Love Sally's!

Zero stars This store opens later than usual and closes early. The manager is extreme rude. Always upsets and argumentative. Manager and services are awful. I suggest contacting corporate office they need to know how this store is conducting business.

Went in and picked up my products and paid and out the door! Pleasant cashier and was easy to shop there and very clean and organized.
