Just got my taxes done with Rusself and I must say I was very please with his attentive to detail and due diligence. Not only is he very professional, he is very knowledgeable and informative when it comes to any questions that you might have regarding your taxes. The process was very smooth and took a little over an hour to get everything done. I called this office on 12/4/19 to scheduled an appointment to do my son,s taxes who is special needs. The secretary wanted to know how much my son made for 2018 and 2019, my name, my son's name and my address before she can schedule an appointment. Told me Mr. Victor would call me back and I have not heard from him. Very interesting questions to ask before scheduling an appointment for services that was finally never scheduled after answering all the questions asked? It sounds like some form of discrimination is happening here? Are these questions to ask a caller before scheduling an appointment?
