Terrible service. Dont waste your time going to Ricky's. Go to home depot. I went three times today for paint. Ignored all but the last time when the manager said he can'tmix paint 30 minutes before closing. So does it take 30 minutes?

You can bet money that whatever you need that Ace sells, there is a knowledgeable staff who can help you to find it and inform you about it. I've learned so much from them and it has made my shopping experience wonderful.

I was there on 9-9-22. I drive a bus for disabled people and a bolt came out of the wheelchair lift. I went in the store around 4 PM and a lovely lady and a very nice gentleman helped me out as best as they could! They even let me take the tools and the bolts out to the bus to test them to make sure they fit before I bought them. they did a great job and went above and beyond to help me!! I will be back because of them

The place for the helpful hardware folk. This is a true statement. If you need help or have a question. This is your place to go. We have all walked into home depot or Walmart and tried to get help. As you know this can be nearly impossible. @ other stores employees see customers and scatter like cockroaches. Not @ ace you will be joyfully welcomed and someone will be will to help as well as be knowledgeable.

This place is a great local spot that has almost everything. Always check this out before going anywhere else. They have some long term employees with great attitudes that are definitely overlooked in a world where nobody wants to give great customer service anymore. Shop local and make sure to appreciate the good employees that are dedicated.
