I was interested in one of their cars, went back-and-forth online, didn’t really get any satisfaction and they didn’t even read my last messages so I called and asked to speak to the manager. Some wingnut said I’m the manager and I said no you’re not I want to speak to the manager, then he said well he’s busy he’s on the phone, I said, why would you lie to me, if they’re going to lie about being the manager imagine what else they’re gonna lie to you about avoid this place, like the plague.

Hello Everyone,Bought a truck for my son to take back to college and the owner of this establishment was well aware of this!Bought the truck on good faith the next day and should have known something was absolutely positively wrong when I showed up with the cash for the truck and it was on the lift in the garage,Okay asked the owner what was going on and he proceeded to tell me that it was part of there customer service changing the oil and looking for the unknown??Okay but when they started undercoating the REAR AXLE and the rest of the frame which is okay thus far my suspicions were on alert,Long story short bought the truck took home and rear end fluid reaked havoc with my driveway,Naturally they were closed for the week of Xmas-New years,Took to my mechanic and he discovered they fiberglasssed the rear end differential??My son was to leave that day to get back in time for his classes,Long story short am fairly sure that this or these guys knew about this from the onslaught,Buyer BEWARE!!

I traded my car there for a car that they were selling at there dealership and they gave me a good deal for my trade in and a good deal for the car that they were selling to me. The guy kale and doug was really nice and they took care of me. I would recommend anybody that's looking for a car to go there and ask for doug or kale they will do their best to take care of you. the rest of the staffs are nice too and helpful.

Rockland Auto is extremely hard to deal with. Bad attitudes from the owner. Unhelpful on almost every step of the process. However K and Doug were reasonable to correspond with.10 Reasons to strongly reconsider doing business with Rockland Auto1. Scheduled to see the car ahead of time. When i arrived the car was in a separate lot and took about 30 minutes for them to bring it over2. not negotiable on the price of car at all because these cars are in "perfect condition"3. when getting a loan they will make you do all of the leg work - going to DCU (about 20-40 minutes away) to apply for a loan waiting in line, opening an account there , etc. During the whole process they forgot to send documents by email to me, waiting for documents made me have to wait another day to go back to DCU.Also, if you want them to go to the RMV for you you will also need to wait a few days for that to happen.4. Over 100+ miles were accumulated on the dashboard not even 24 hours after the purchase as if someone went and did errands with it.5. The car was not detailed when picked up, at lease beyond any serious effort, which goes against what they said they would do.6. Flaws were mentioned about the car before purchase such as scratches on the body, multimedia interface being squirrely. and additional flaws were discovered within days of picking up the car such as a check engine light and COOLANT LEAK.7. The car was brought to Rockland 3 times at their instruction to get these issues solved as it fell under their 30 day guarantee. during these three times the key was not left for me at least once upon pick up causing late appointments and time loss. They did not do ANY work the first two times it was brought and dropped off to them allotted for 3-4 days each time. All times it was dropped off was well in advance of 24 hours.8. They remedied 2 items out of the total 4 problems it had and gave up and FLAT OUT refused to remedy the coolant leak at the water pump. The owner said i should bring it to another shop and use my extended warrantee that i purchased which has a deductible. What would have happened if i didn't opt in to purchase the extended warrantee? leave me in the dark?9. When i called the extended warrantee they said I DID NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Rockland Auto Brokers NEVER applied for the warrantee for me as i paid Rockland Auto $2604 directly. This seemed very fishy, as if they never bought the warrantee for me , ostensibly hoping i never needed to use them so they could get paid for providing no service. Smells like a 93A case to me.10. I am currently getting the water pump fixed... lets see if they will at least pay for the deductible.UPDATE: Rockland auto did pay for the deposit and additional it cost to do the initial repairs - the car still had coolant leaks after the initial repair - I would still consider that problem inherent with how I bought the car but it could be debatable that Rockland only responsible for the apparent initial leaks

Best prices in the new England area and they stand behind their cars 100%. Brought a car back for repair but it was past it's warranty, no haggling from them, they took it and fixed no questions asked.

Go elsewhere for your vehicle! They don't even deserve this 1 star. Doug & Andre are dishonest and only care about your $$. Lack of customer service & professionalism and so much more I could write a novel.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I could write a book on their lack of professionalism, and customer service, but to save time, please seek an alternative. Stay away from this dealer!!! I'm saving you now, go elsewhere for your future car purchase.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. We bought a car and it’s a complete lemon. My husband called and has text messages proving that they said “they would fix” the list of issues and nothing has been done. I personally want to make it go viral on social media. But stay away and buy elsewhere.

Military Vet here thinking I was getting a solid vehicle from this dealership but I was wrong. Upon paying to have the vehicle shipped no problem on me I coordinated that but his guy was 200 more dollars. Vehicle arrived dirty in the inside not the way you would expect from the pictures that it was displayed on the show room floor with carpet underneath. It was all staged to look the part. Dirty floors, little trash pieces in the seats, dusty dash. I immediately made an appointment at the dealership but had to wait a couple of days before appointment to be inspected. By appointment time the a/c stopped working and when making a right turn something in the wheel hub c/v boot is going bad. Dealership appointment verified the a/c condenser is leaking and needs to be replaced. I reached out to dealership representative and sent him the quote from the dealership and it has been 3 business days with no reply or feedback. They should be accountable for all repairs but I have yet to hear a word from them. Bad business. I would not recommend this dealership to no one. Sell cars that do not need repairs and take care of your customers. I paid the price that was listed without bargaining and this is how a customer is treated. It sucks and hard to find solid dealerships that are not about there pockets only. Do the math though with both repairs I am looking at $2000 easily and it is not even cool. 2016 Nissan Maxima SL (Buyers beware but hope your experience is better than mine.)

They sell lemons, they do not honor there warranties To avoid any legal action, they only offer to take the car back and pay off the rest of what you owe (Thus LEMON Law in Mass)That is absolutely all they will do Considering the lengthy reports of lemons they sell. They will not make you whole on the amount of money you have paid them with dealer costs there costs etc. *Make sure you bring any vehicle from them to an INTERNATIONAL car INSPECTOR or a thorough inspector inside and out. There you will find your buying a lemon!

It was stated "every major mechanical system has been inspected and found to be in good working order" Upon driving found out the sunroof was not functioning and the passenger window was faulty. Doug (The main car salesmen) told me that would be fixed by them. Not only was the sunroof not functioning, it would leak when raining. Took it to the Mercedes dealership and they said it would cost at least $3,995 to fix. Adrianno seemed to try his best to fix the situation but would not give me a full refund of the car since it was falsely advertised and falsely promised to be fixed by Doug. Apparently Adrianno wasn't aware of the issue of the car and didn't know that his staff was making false promises.Took the L in the long run and settled for $600 cash, a replacement sunroof so the leaking stopped but the sunroof still wouldn't open and "free" installation of better struts and suspension (that I purchased) since it was riding rough. The passenger window was worked on twice and is still faulty currently. In conclusion gave two stars instead of one because Adrianno seemed to make an effort to clear up my issue. The whole process took about 2-3 months and a lot of driving to and from their shop. Good luck and ask for Doug!

I recently was very disappointed in the way the owner, Adriano Miranda, handled a very simple situation. He was arrogant and very disrespectful after I told him I was not happy with the service I received, and he was not honest. Perhaps, I was not too diplomatic. He said being unhappy about the problem that was not resolved was not his problem. He does not realize a client has the right to say he/she was not satisfied. He was trying to convince me to bring my vehicle for a more thorough diagnostic so they could make more money, apparently. Because I disagree with him, he went on to say he was not talking to a girl and was talking to a man. Already he was assuming girls have no ability to understand. He was a total j**** I definitely give him a ZERO. I will not encourage anybody from Randolph, MA to go to this place.

Place is an absolute SCAM, do not give them a deposit and do not give them business. Put a $200 deposit down on a vehicle. Decided to buy elsewhere thankfully. Was told I could come pick up my deposit on a Monday. Drove an hour to get it and when I arrived was told they didn't know I was coming even though I just spoke to them 2 days prior. Then was told they didn't have $200 to give me but would cash app me the next day. Called multiple times the next day and they never gave me the money. It's been almost a week since I called and told them I bought a vehicle elsewhere and I still don't have my deposit back.
