A couple of weeks after an oil replacement and a break check at this service center, I had multiple indicator lights going off for both these services. Thankfully it just ended up being faulty indicator lights, but because of the break indicator light, they squeezed me in. Super friendly staff and great service! You can tell this is a family run shop that's been in business for decades - they legitimately value their customers!

Very responsive team at Randolph! I had a flat tire and they accepted my car which was towed by AAA and then completed a fluid check, all without a formal appointment. Great customer service too!

Called late Thursday for shake in front end
Dropped it off Friday morning at 7:30 and got a call by 9:00 with diagnosis
Needed all new breaks in front and had bad calipers
All fixed before 5:00pm
Always great friendly service
Thanx for fitting me in last moment

Randolph automotive Center is always there for me whenever I show up. It’s always a pleasant place to be bring your car for any type of service. You don’t have to worry they do right by you. I chose Randolph automotive because they were said to be excellent at fixing air conditioners and cars. I made an appointment for 9 AM on Monday morning and explained that I would need the car in the early afternoon and the representative said they would look at it right away and probably be done with their evaluationby 10 1030 and then let me know what needs to be done and if anything needed to be done it would be probably finished by noon at the latest maybe 1 o’clock at the very latest. They did not look at my car until after 11 and only because I called and asked him what the evaluation was so I thought that was not good and then they came up with a $950 quote. Way overpriced. I declined the service and will look elsewhere. I expected about $660 to $700 at most. Also, they made me wait in the morning and when I went to pick up my car i had to wait twenty minutes. They need to be more respective of customers time!!
