Randolph Animal Hospital (RAH) is a vibrant and excellent Veterinary medical practice.
My dog and I were welcomed the moment we walked through the doors and have continued to be treated with respect and dignity throughout our experience with their provided care.
Owner and exceptional veterinarian Dr. Susan Harrington is a wonderful and inclusive minded person. She truly loves animal and holds herself and her staff to the highest standards in caring for them.
Staff like her is outstanding- knowledgeable, well trained, hardworking and efficient- always available to answer calls, and emails, providing information promptly and answering all questions with great thought and consideration.
When visiting, I am confident my beloved canine companion is receiving the best vital health care possible. There is no one I would trust more with my pets needs than RAH.

We love Randolph Animal Hospital because it is local and very accessible. They take great care of our dog now that they are familiar with him. We love that it is a Hospital as well as a boarding place. In case something goes wrong, the Doctor is right on site. They call him "the chewer" because he does chew anything near him.

Amazing experience for my ferret “spicy” fast and professional and I knew she was being taken care of by experts. There’s not a lot of exotic vets around so believe me when I say that they are AMAZING !

Our pets have been patients of Dr. Harrington for 24 years. She has rendered expert care & shown us extreme kindness & compassion.Her staff is amazing for the care & understanding of our animals. The office is at least a 45 minute ride for us but it is well worth it. The staff has been with us every step of the way from adoption to death with loving care, WE would be lost without this team of excellent medical professionals. Should be rated 10 stars!

Very welcoming and kind. As a new patient the staff made sure to get our cat's records from our previous vet. They were able to schedule the dental appointment he needed in a timely manner. Dr. Ho explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was great, from the woman working up front who gave us initial forms to fill out and contacted our previous veterinary office, to the vet technician, and Dr. Ho. Very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend Randolph Animal Hospital.

We decided to take a chance on Randolph Animal Hospital, after being ignored by our long-time vet when we had rather urgent questions regarding our cat Smokey's ongoing health problem. And are we glad we did! The team at RAH treated Smokey with care and concern, and were happy to answer all our questions and to help figure out how best to help our kitty. When I called later with additional questions, Sara was happy to help, and when there was something she had to refer to Dr. Ho, I was gratified and happy to hear from Dr. Ho in a VERY short amount of time. I feel that RAH really cares about my little guy - and all pets! - and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I have been taking my cats and dogs to RAH since I moved to Randolph about 28 years ago. The doctors have been very good, as have the Vet Technicians/nurses. They are kind and gentle and explain everything, and answer all my many questions. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they are not open 24x7... But they are extending hours, which is excellent.
Edit: I changed to 5 stars, as this hospital is exactly what it says it is, and for its size and coverage it is an excellent community Veterinary hospital.

We've been going here for over 24 years and the staff and doctors are wonderful. All our drs from puppies to seniors have been treated here with love, and dignity.

Randolph animal hospital has provided excellent compassionate care for my dogs over the past 20 years. Vet techs Sara and Julie always give lots of love to my dog and make her feel comfortable. Dr. Harrington is the best around. Highly recommended!
