I can understand that you can’t wash your car on a rainy day. Why even the vacuum cleaner is turned off, you can set it to charge, and the interior needs to be cleaned even on rainy days.

Did self serve exterior wash and ran the time to $25 twice, spending a total of $50 and at least 30 minutes of time cleaning. The car came out poorly. The solution takes long to clear the lines, so when you switch from one product to another, you end up continuing to spray the previous selection for quite some time, running up the time and wasting more of your own. There’s no acidic wheel cleaner solution option which can break down brake dust (this solution can etch clear coat if people aren’t careful, so it’s risky offering this, which I’m understanding of). There’s only a tire cleaning solution option. There’s also no spotless rinse option which really sucked because now there are water spots all over the car because the “air shamee” is a joke and barely blows hard enough to blow off the water. Id have sat there for another half an hour if I wanted to dry the car using that POS. The “triple foam and clear coat” dispensing gun sprayed inconsistently, stuttering and unevenly applying.I detail people’s cars and have gone through several of these kinds of car washes and this was one of the worst yet :(. Overall I think there needs to be better facility maintenance to improve on these issues. I wish I could get a refund.

Sales are false advertisement! Someone gave me a free coupon that was made for “Friends and Family”. MY A$$ friends and family. I drove two cities just to use my coupon. They told me it can’t work with non-members????? How do you expect to get more customers? Ok ??. I could of been a returning customer but not now.

Unfortunately am not satisfied with this car wash. My entire car came out with all those stains. I have tried other car washes and I only have to dry the car with no stains. Hopefully in the future gets better.

All the services are great at $20 a month. I would’ve given it a 5 stars but it’s not unlimited washes.. washes are only once per day, since the car still had soap and streaks. But, overall I am satisfied.
