If you are smart you will not step foot in this establishment not even for directions to the market next door, from the owner to the rude inexperienced customer service personnel all of them are highly rude and disregarding to your inquiry unless buying something illegal. This location needs to be investigated. NEVER SEND YOIR PACKAGE FROM A THIRD PARTY TO BE DELIVERED HERE ALTHOUGH IT IS AN OPTION ON THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, THEY WILL SIGN FOR IT SELL YOUR STUFF RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES. Do not enter ?

Bought a Money order and they did not provide a receipt. They only gave a receipt for What I have paid to send the money order to Florida. Guess what?! The money order did not get to the destination.
The store owner did not want to look for my money order on the system and I have lost all my money.
Run away from this Business.

I Bought a money order there and it desapeared out of thin air. They have a bunch of cameras at that store and ways to help solve the issue and were unwilling to help very shady business.

Called to ask a simple question. Lady rudely answered only a part of my question, then I rephrased to which she replied, “come in to find out. Thanks. Bye.” I guess Im just confused, but the reviews Im reading are lining up with my experience.

Dropped off a FedX package on Thursday at 5:30 and was not told that it would not go out until Friday at 5. I was not given a receipt which was a concern. I returned to the store to pick up my package and bring to an official FedX store. If you ship FedX is isn't guaranteed that your package will go out as you expected.

Since I open my mailbox on this post office I didn't receive any good service with them they put your mail anywhere the want on the office.not on mailbox they didn't give you a key to open the mail box

I open a mailbox on April they there are tell me I can have 4 people in the mailbox. when I'm done with the process with them face- to -face now have two months I'm walking there for my mail I can't get it I can't find my mail have important mail go there when I call the they hand up on me like my mail it's not important

This store needs to be shut down. Their customer service is very bad. And the owner appears to use his mail box services to steal customer packages and claims he never received them. He is nothing but a common petty thief. Stay away from this store.

I went to the store to ship 2 boxes via UPS. I politely ask the lady behind the counter to use her tape gun to tape up.two small boxes, she replied rudely"it will be $4 per box to use my tape., and if that's not good for you, go else where"...I did just that ..whole roll of tape @ dollar tree for $1.33 right around the corner.

I would’ve gave them zero stars if I could have. I called because I need to confirm my identity to change my address to my new place and I wanted to know if they do that there. I don’t get out of school until 4:30pm everyday & then have to get my kids so I will never have time to do it during the week. The woman didn’t speak English and wouldn’t let me speak to her supervisor or someone who could understand what I was asking. Instead she hung up on me & proceeded to not answer the phone the 30+ times I called after because she knew it was me. Disgraceful! Idk what this country is coming to but this is pathetic!
