It's a worst center I have ever seen, I bought my first SIM card here in USA and that guy cheated me by filling my wrong details in the system like ZIP code, I can't go again and again to that shop to request them as I confirmed 25 $ plan, but he Applied by 34$ every month. Internet is not working, it's not a fault of mobile phone, because it's working as it is like every mobile phones.Very worst service and feeling cheated, don't go there, and please don't buy anything from there.Cheaters are waiting

I am unhappy with the services this metro provides. I went in to buy a NEW phone and they sold me a refurbished phone that has connection issues. I spent $200 for this phone that should work.I recommend people to go else where, this metro does mislead representation, false advertising and a scam. You think you buying brand new phone and you spend 200 on a broken phone. Rethink coming to this metro.

The woman that works there locked the doors before closing time. Just know if she is working the store hours closes before the time it actually mentions on the website. I guess she hates her job ?

I was 100% hustle by a employee here. I bought a cell on eBay (moto g stylus 5g) which was a unlocked and metro PCs cell. I paid the $20+ tax to activate it and while he was doing so he ask me if I wanted to use the same sim card or not. I told him the same one is fine not knowing it was an outdated sim which wouldn't work very well with my updated cell. He ask me after already paying to Activate my newer cell how old is my sim card and he preceded to look at my signal strength and told me I probably needed the new sim card (which was free comes with activating any cell), now its a extra $10 for the new sim card. Ok so instead of paying the $20 I ended doing another transaction for $10 totalling $30+ tax. I wasn't happy that this kid just hustled and best believe I called it in to Metro via phone and it was documented. My next step may need to be to a corporate store. Beware of the sleazy and sneaky businesss practices from this metro PCs location. They messed with the wrong one as I'm a local nearby this store.
