I’m really frustrated with this company. I ordered dinosaur lollipops for my daughters birthday party almost a month in advance. They messed up the order and it didn’t ship in time for the party. I called multiple times and had a hard time getting an actual person on the phone. Eventually I spoke to a women who said someone would be in touch to refund my payment. It’s been an additional week and a half and I haven’t heard anything. They took $48 from me and I haven’t gotten any goods.edit: I eventually got a refund a few weeks later, but it took so many calls on my end with no response on their end. I don't think a refund for unshipped product should be so much work on the customers end.

Do not get the salted caramel spoons unless you like tapioca. It's the 2nd ingredient on the ingredient list, these don't taste like caramel they taste like poo. Why anyone would put that in all natural caramel is beyond me. Made caramel dozens of times never seen a recipe with it nor would I ever want to taste that taste again. And speaking of all natural, why is carnuba wax ingredient? Not necessary in caramel nor wanted in my digestion system.

Got these salted caramel spoons for coffee. They were the most disgusting thing I have ever had in a cup of coffee ever, had to throw the coffee and the spoons out. A look at the ingredients quickly told me why, tapioca syrup is the second most common ingredient. Tapioca???? Caramel is sugar caramelized and nothing else, certainly not tapioca flavored. And if you make caramel like that why would you not say it on the package front? Just disgusting, glad they are gone, will be very wary of any product that comes from this company and comes my way in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Worked very hard to turn around a large order for me in plenty of time for our Valentine Smiles for seniors project. The marshmallow heart toppers are perfect, beautifully wrapped and perfect for individual gifts. Can't wait to order again. THANK YOU

Salted caramel coffee spoons, I called Corp office because the specs that you see on the spoons are not salt but more sugar which makes these things super super sweet. I asked if I could exchange or return and they scoffed saying that's one of their better sellers and that they will not take back any product that is sold without any defects. D*** response. I am throwing the suckers away and never again buying from a company that has 0 customer service. Shame on your rep Matt.
