Customer service are very rude and disrespectful with all the laughing and giggling and staring and don’t ask if you need any help you have to go find it yourself, KiKi need professionals who know there store very well not just hire childless people that just stare and laugh as soon as you walk in the store…

This is the worst place to buy beauty supply. People are rude unprofessional and plain gettho. I bought a hair dryer went to return it the next day and they wouldnt even let me exchanged it. I had the receipt that clearly stated 30 days return. The cashier s a id that because we opened it cannot be returned. What kind of business is this. I never walk into your store again I reported to the BBB for incompetent horrible business. Never buy blow dryer or anything electrjc. They suck.

I am terminally ill,so for me to get to a store it is like running a marathon however I really needed something for my hair as its falling out from treatments. I went in there and I have never in all my years been treated so rudely and so unprofessional they didn't want to move it was like pulling teeth to try to get information out of them! Do yourself find a professional beauty supply store to go! This place will be out of business really soon

Very expensive. I wanted some hair glueWent into store clerk said $39.....what what...went home got it from Amazon 1day $19...huge differenceHair selection is at a bare minimum.If you're need something quick go there. there are way more options to get your supply.

My sister went into kikis and was on her phone trying to see what braiding hair to buy and scoping out the scene. Two haitian ladies ( the one with pink glasses and a older lightskin one) were talking about her in creole and saying how she is going to steal/shes pretending to be on her phone. My sister was embarrassed and left. I came right back inside and I confronted them about it and they tried to act as if SHE made the mistake (my sister speaks fluent creole she is from Haiti born and raised). At this point I am furious because now they are trying to seem as if she is lying when really they were being completely disrespectful and not acting as if they were in a work place being out of line. I ask to speak to their boss after hassling for the number another coworker who was very respectful let me talk to him. He was also completely rude and condescending as well. I left knowing that they probably would not be fired or in trouble since the boss clearly doesn’t care. But I know they will never talk about somebody again so disrespectfully and loud. I’ve been coming here for 6+ years but after this I will never give these people a dime of my money!! The picture I added shows the two ladies who were being disrespectful towards my sister and also being disrespectful and talking down on me as well. Just to make you aware that if they are talking about my sister they are going to talk about you too! And also the boss does not care because it’s not like he’s losing money.

Decided to check this place out due to it being close to my house . I walked in wasn’t greeted but started at by the women working behind the counter. A pack of hair caught my eye & while looking one of the women from the counter said “ that’s horrible Hair you don’t want that” and walked away not even a recommendation on a different brand . I Started to feel uncomfortable because they started helping another lady who they were all speaking to in Creole. Which was rude because I was looking to spend money on several packs of hair . Finally I just left . There was zero customer service & I will just make the hour drive to Boston instead of coming back here !

It’s convenient to get my products here in town rather than going to the city, however custom service is horrible. The employees don’t greet anyone, but rather sit laughing, talking and starring. When you ask a question they act as if you are bothering them. I’ve been shopping here since it opened but the new “staff” make me want to shop elsewhere.
