They’re okay not the best service depending on who services you. Manager is unprofessional. Found Nina to be the best, go to her. Don’t get gift cards they won’t honor it if there is new management.

I received a gift card and I was not able to use it due to new management. Even though the business operates, under the same name, and gift card was not expired they would not honor it. Gift card is only valid for one year. Other gift cards anywhere else do not have expiration dates, **** gift cards give you five years time to use.

I tried very hard to give this place a chance. Lily is so sweet and does a perfect job every time. However, the wait til is horrendous even with an appointment. Every time I make an appointment I wait well over an hour. I am very patient and never say anything but they then rush you like you’re the problem. It’s just ridiculous, if you don’t know how to book enough time for appointments then hire someone who can manage appointments and booking for you. It’s really a shame that this place is this disorganized all of the time regardless of the day of week you go.

The workers were very nice and great customer service skill and I even tip both girls. However, I didn't like my nails because, I got my nails done on Tuesday and on Saturday they started to come off. I got Acrylic nails and a gel french manicure. The pedicure with regular nail polish/ was nicer. I'll not be going back.Services: Acrylic nails
