I was recently rear ended back in February(might I add on the coldest night, here in boston). However with the way things work in the insurance world works now a days everything is as slow as molasses. With Exquisite that wasn't the case. Kwasie took a look at my car, and gave me a solid date of when to bring it in. I dropped off my suv, and I just want to say he handled everything like a champ. Insurance and even coaching me with future advice going forward on how this stuff even works. I recieved my suv back and my baby was IMMACULATE! Love it! Love it! Love it! Q and Ray are the best. Not only are they professional but they are flexible and most importantly they deal with insurance. What more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend everyone and their mama's. They make your car look brand new!

I was in a slow car accident that required replacing the rear door and painting the side of the car. Ray and Kwasie were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain what they needed to do, how the insurance side of things work, and how long it would take to complete. I felt very confident leaving my car with them to fix. It was completed on the day they said and it looked like new. They truly care about their customers, which shows in their work. If I ever need body/paint I will be going back to them
