I have using Randolph location for more than a decade. They have a great personel and have always responded and accommodated all my transactions in a timely manner. I wanted to send a shout out to all the talented stuff there and in particular ms. Lisandra A. for a job well done. I strongly recommend Randolph location to all people that looking for a great customer service .

Been banking at this place for years. Not Abington Bank but Randolph bank and its previous name changes. Not sure if it's growing and getting bought out or if it's failing and getting bought out. Either way great people to help me. Don't think the staff has changed and it's FDIC so who cares as long as the people that work there FANTASTIC

This bank is the worst on the planet! They are constantly being taken over, merged with other banks & generally incapable of doing business, it seems. Every time I call I am put on hold for long minutes, letters I have sent are unanswered for months & months, no one ever calls back & Customer Service is incapable of answering anything at all. I have worked with a financial institution as incapable as this on. I leave messages with the Customer Service people that never get passed on. The phones are often not answered & just ring & ring & ring. So, awful. Very poor service, overall!

Don’t use this bank. I travel a lot, this bank left me stranded in Florida last year because I could not access my money and my card was declined for “fraudulent activity.” For some reason I stuck with them. Then I went to Texas and could not use my own money again, even after putting in a travel notification. My debit card was stolen and the thief was able to withdraw $1,300 (I could not get my own money out just hours before). Not only will they not give this stolen money back, it’s impossible to communicate with them. This bank has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I opened a case with the FDIC. I’ve had this bank and stayed loyal to them as my first and only bank since 1996. Never had issues with Randolph savings until they became envision. I’ve since switched banks and travelled numerous times with no issues at all.

Extrememly disappointed in this bank's practices! They returned two check payments despite my having sufficient funds in the account as well as the overdraft protections. I called customer service and went over to a branch. Both individuals informed me that they don't know what happened. I am still dealing with the repercussions today. Shame on them. Be careful with this bank. "I don't know" is a shameful response to recieve from an institution that holds your money.

I used Envision Bank to buy my first home back in 2019. Brent Onufrak really set the bar high for me on how a mortgage lender should treat you and advocate for you! He will always be my first call for any future home purchases. Brent was on the ball with everything and helped me navigate through the process of buying my first home. He was prompt on responses and met every deadline on the 30 day closing we had scheduled. I can by far say he went above and beyond to help me & my husband realize our dream of owning our first home. Becoming a first time home buyer can be extremely stressful. I felt completely lost and had no idea where to start when searching for a mortgage lender. During my initial conversation with Minh Cao he explained everything in great detail. He made the complex mortgage approval process seem easy and educated me on any roadblocks that may occur. Minh Cao is cooperative, thorough, and willing to listen and work with you to understand your needs and financial situation. He was available whenever I needed him. I could not imagine going through this process without his guidance and financial advice.

I called to change mailing address and was told I needed to send a form back, how archaic is this bank? I then went to sign up online and after multiple attempts was not able to create an account, it kept saying incorrect date of birth. The website does not reflect the required format so submitted multiple formats and after the third attempt was informed to call customer service. I had already called customer service to change the address and also inquired about the pay-off amount of my loan and was told again I needed to submit a fax/mail request, the customer service rep could not provide me with this information - talk about archaic. Very bad customer service, not a service friendly bank, looking forward to the day I pay off this loan and don't have to deal with such a behind the times local bank.

The tellers and managers are friendly enough. However dont expect their online banking to work. Atleast once a week their systems seem to go down. Decent customer service, terrible unreliable systems for a bank.

This bank is not ideal for me! My first payment to them was during a HUGE SNOW STORM. Rockland trust sent payment out late, then the snow, these JERKS charged my first late payment in over 20 years of paying my MORTGAGE! Going on my credit report, because this bank has no heart, and only cares about the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR GREEDY AMERICA... stupid name for a bank... j/ s
