This location deserves a ZERO RATING , the absolute worse location that enterprise offers. This is now my 4th time I went to book a car , get there and they don't have the car I booked or any cars at all. The manager of this location needs to be fired as well as everyone else that works there. Lazy individuals that constantly waste customers time. On top of that they never answer the phone. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST DO NOT GO HERE

Hate this Enterprise location. They have horrible customer service and their employees are highly unprofessional. This Randolph location has cost me roughly $600 in extra costs in two months, due to last minute cancellations of my reservations and other policies. Their policies are different from other Enterprise locations in the Boston metro area, which they do not make clear. I had to go to another Enterprise location for a vehicle, which was much more accomodating.Skip them.

All the staff is great and helpful, especially for Jess. Izzy, the manager, made the process quick to rent a car. He made sure the car was cleaned and washed before leaving the premise. Please go rent at Randolph MA location.

The service was fantastic, thanks to Jess and Izzy. They were straightforward and accommodating; not pushy on the up charges at all. Well explained the perks of each possible upgrade and allowed me to structure the financials in a manner that benefitted me. I’ll be renting again with Enterprise in Randolph for sure! Thanks again Jess and thank you Izzy!!

If they had a zero star that is what I would rate my experience in Randolph Enterprise. I purposely called on Friday to schedule a pick up for a compact car as I am only 5 feet tall and only comfortable driving small cars. When I spoke to them on Friday, I was told that they would have compact car for me and that it would be ready when I arrived back in town on Sunday. I scheduled a time for 9:30. I arrived at 9:30 and was not helped until 10am, then I was told that they had no compact cars and that they would give me the next car up. Explained to them that there was supposed to be a compact car. So they found one and it appears that the car had a leaky tire. So now they offer me a bigger car and as explained, I couldn't drive a bigger car. So 1 hours and 50 minutes later and left the Enterprise in Randolph with no rental car. I had already sent my husband home and had to wait for him to come back and get me. What a waste of time. This is after a person was in the waiting room saying he had been in the hospital for 4 days and then I had to ask them to lysol the waiting area as I was not comfortable as there was someome who was there telling the employee and the rest of us how he had been so sick and in the hospital for the past 4 days. The other employee says, oh, i didn't know he said that. thanks for telling me. Even though this sick person told 2 other employees how sick and how he had been in the hospital, they felt no need to disinfect. Makes me think if they actually do disinfect and actually clean the cars before renting to another person. Beyond disappointed.

If there were a zero star option I would go with a minus star. They do not answer the phone when you call, so I went into the location where they basically ignored my presence. When it was finally my opportunity to speak with a representative, he took someone else ahead of me, telling me that he was just dropping off. Regardless, I was there waiting for 20 plus minutes just to be overlooked. I had an insurance reservation and couldn't wait any longer. I came back the next morning only to be greeted by a very rude representative who offered me the smallest vehicle available for my $45 per day coverage. I am 6'4" tall. A compact vehicle would be very uncomfortable. Unwilling to work with me at all I was told that I needed to pay $10 per day extra out of pocket. Based on the length of time the repair could take, this could add up to hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I was told to try another location. That is great but the reason I was there was because I had no vehicle to drive to another location. Customer service is terrible but the rude attitudes are the worst.

JC was thorough and patient with me. I hope to work with him every time I’m there. The car itself didn’t have the best odor, the steering wheel was sticky, and the option of removing/changing notifications weren’t easily accessible. It was spacious, comfortable, and good on gas tho!

Rented a 7 passenger van to help with my move from the Randolph, MA location. Had to re-schedule 3 times due to my closing date adjustments. No problem - all done online. Got a reminder call 2 days in advance for confirmation. Rental pickup was quick and easy. Same for after-hours drop off. Staff were upbeat, friendly, and professional. Would absolutely rent from Enterprise again.

Excellent service. When I saw the initial vehicle reserved for us I realized it would be too small for 5 of us. JR immediately found us a beautiful Chrysler Pacifica which worked out perfect!

We rented a car to drive across country and I worked with three different locations to swap vehicles along the way. I had nothing but great experiences at the Randolph, MA, San Francisco Beach St location and the San Francisco airport. My only minor criticism would be if you are planning on driving more than 3000 miles, check with your location first to be sure the vehicle will not need maintenance.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received from the staff at this facility. Junior, Jessica, and Izzy demonstrated remarkable commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the utmost level of professionalism.Izzy, in particular, went above and beyond by taking the initiative to coordinate matters with my dealership. This extra effort demonstrated not only his exceptional skills but also his genuine willingness to assist me in any way possible. His proactive approach is truly commendable.Furthermore, I must emphasize that the treatment I received at Enterprise far surpassed that of the dealership where I usually service my car. Their exceptional customer service and professionalism have undoubtedly earned my trust and loyalty.

I would give 0 stars if that was the option. I had a car reserved through my insurance company and when I got there I was told that car was not available but I can pay extra for an upgrade. (Would have come to around $1000 extra plus insurance out of pocket).Or I could have got a small car for no extra charge.I am not sure what happened to the car I had reserved and the staff couldn’t tell me either. If they had any customer service skills they would have offered an upgrade at no cost since they couldn’t provide the car I had reserved. The manager was just as ignorant as her staff. I had to Uber home since I had already dropped my car off at the mechanic then wait another week for a rental from a different enterprise location. To say the Randolph Enterprise is dysfunctional is an understatement. They don’t only not know what they are doing but have zero customer service skills. Will never return nor do I recommend to anyone else.

Waited two hours for an appointment pick up. Then was told there were no cars to leave and they would call me when one was available. That was one week ago, and I have not heard from them since
