(As of 7/2/24) Store's closed; a woman drove her expensive car into a dollar tree... and found out how Mercedes Bends. She couldn't figure out how to fasten her seatbelt. Then it clicked. She drove because she felt that her relationship with her chauffeur just wasn't going anywhere. She complained, "it feels like he's always trying to drive me away". So she ended up at dollar tree ?

Every time I attempt to go that store at 8 am when they supposedly open its never actually open. I waited today for 26 mins for the store to open. Really unacceptable!

What more can I say… I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at this location but today ONLY PROVED there is indeed AMAZING people still on this earth.. I went in there today to buy some decorations for my birthday dinner on 6/4.. as I was rushing to get my things in the car and get home to eat I unfortunately locked myself out of my car.. mind you I only have one key.. now before anyone says it YES I’M GETTING ANOTHER COPY MADE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!but throughout my two hour ordeal in their parking lot I must say that Lyn went ABOVE and beyond to assist me with getting my car unlocked… not only did she drive me to my house to retrieve my phone since ALL my belongings were locked inside of there.. she also patiently WAITED with me… she allowed me to sit in her car and WAIT.. I’m a complete stranger to her guys.. and her manager was empathetic as well.. this experience today taught me patience with myself and others… I thank God for people like Lyn.. but I’m even more grateful that we connected in this way.. my unfortunate situation turned into and fortunate situation because I learned a lot and I gained a new found friend.. thank you LYN for doing all that you do for Dollar Tree… much respect to this woman… and I give the Randolph Police Department all the love for unlocking my car… my night was beautifully hectic and I wouldn’t have had it any other way…

There is poor customer service. The employees don't know where items are located in their own store.

first time at this place after i got wingstop! i went with my friend and it was pretty busy, and for most of my time in the store one cashier was open, but she handled it perfectly. lyn was the cashier, and was really patient when my friend's card wasn't working (i ended up paying ?) and was so sweet. in the photo attached i got the pink lights and pig plushie! i got some more stuff too. very cheap and organized place; will go again!!

Always friendly staff, store is a little cluttered but you can tell everyone is working hard and the selection of household necessities is great.
