The small business I work for was having very annoying, intermittent internet outages for a few weeks. After a call to Verizon and our IT person we deduced it was most likely a hardware issue. Was referred to Rob at Computer Escape and after a pleasant phone conversation had an apt scheduled to have a tech come by to take a look within a day. The tech Bob came and figured out the issue within 15 mins and had us back up and running. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Been doing business with them for about 15 years now; their service level both on site and remote is top shelf, I am a small business but they have always treated me with the highest level of respect; if you want an honest and competent company to service your computers at an extremely fair price, this is the place.

They have fixed several of my computer. Very quick and reasonable prices. They were even able to recover some data off an old hard drive that died.

Computer Escape did a phenomenal job restoring my iMac computer. Bob Jr. provided excellent customer service. I wanted to fix a 2011 iMac computer that broke down on me a year or so ago. To be honest, I wasn't sure of taking my computer anywhere that wasn't an apple store, however when apple told me there was nothing they could do, I had to search for other options. To my surprise, Computer Escape's services were exactly what I needed. Bob Jr. listened to my requests and continued to follow up with me during the restoration process. I'm glad I found this business and will definitely use them again. Thanks Bob. Appreciate your good work, and I'm glad I am able to use my iMac again.

I had my cooling fan changed in my laptop. I never use to hear the fan in any type of environment regardless of the noises in that space. Its sound is definitely more noticeable and makes me wonder if there was any real effort to get the right part, or a budget generic part. I'm not happy about that.

Deceptive. I go in there to have my Apple laptop diagnosed display issues The rates are clearly posted as $59.00 diagnostics. He tells me because it’s an Apple laptop he has to charge me $69. Unethical. Why charge me a different quote when you don’t have it displayed. Honor what you have displayed on your screen. And the business is part of the BBB. I’m sure they will find this unethical as well.

Great option for people who have a small business and rely on technology for day to day operation. They can work with you remotely to fix problems or have a convenient location to work on a device in house. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommended.
