Good location right off the freeway. The desk attendant, was cordial and got us. on the way up to our room fast. Room is very clean. Even my picky Wife liked it. The room was very quiet, and even the air conditioner didn’t make a huge amount of noise like some hotels do.

My husband and I stayed at this location for a wedding. First we would like say, the location is Amazing, right off the highway! When we first arrived, we tried to check in early, but were unable to due to late check outs. When I asked the front desk clerk, they seemed stressed out and was guessing when we could have a room. When we returned to the hotel, we were greeted by another clerk who was nicer and process was easy. When we got to our room, the bed was clean, there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom was small and shower needed maintenance. There was water dripping out of the faucet leaving this brown water mark. Needless to say, not appealing to the eye. The continental breakfast was well stocked and clean. The staff member who was working was very helpful. When we were checking out, the clerk working the front desk was very nice, however another employee was sitting on the desk on her phone. Was this person on break? Do they have a break room?

I have stayed here several times and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is older but seems to be well maintained. It has decent soundproofing so noise levels are lower. I stayed here for 3 nights, the room had stains on the blankets that looked like pee, some of the staff was nice, but the manager was rude. They said they had to inspect the room in order to get our deposit back, plus their deposit is now 250 dollars per stay.

Coffee stains on bathroom floor when entered. Elevator floor food on floor for 2 at least before clean up. Incense smelled throughout 2nd floor during which seeped into our. Music from night club blaring late at night. Music from other rooms heard kept up all night. Drag racing back parking lot heard. Carpets filthy.

Location is great, directly off the highway, extremely convenient. The rooms could definitely use an upgrade, actually the whole hotel could use a slight makeover. The staff is not as professional as you'd like them to be, got a little rough/rude over the years. I mean you pay for what you get for sure.

Not sure if it was the cigarette stained floor, cracked sink, crooked toilet seat, or the domestic disputes in the room next door but I think I’m all set returning here. Two stars only cause the staff was nice and sadly has to deal with all that every day.

Very accommodating, clean, friendly and a great location, just outside of Boston. Maria the Manager is so amazing and everyone on site works hard to please all costumers. If you need to be in the Boston area and don't want to be in the heart of the city, this a great place!!! Thanks to all the staff! You truly a close knit family!!!!

I on stayed for two days for a wedding event. The wedding reception was walking distance from the hotel and the club we went was right in the back of the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it if you're in town.

The rooms are clean. The place is quite. The staff are wonderful they go above and beyond to keep the place looking good. Any problems they try to get it resolved promptly.I was here for a month with work and they all were fantastic.

Drove to MA to visit some friends. Decided I would like to stay in a inexpensive hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was overlooking a major highway, but I didn't mind. The room smelled a bit off, and despite proclaiming that they were "proudly smoke free", the whole hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. The room was clean, albeit a bit outdated. The fridge was clean and was excellent at keeping my drinks cold. The bed was comfy, and I had no issues sleeping the two nights I was staying there. Check in and check out was a breeze. I had a great time visiting my friends and it was nice to have a hotel room to go back to at the end of each day. No, It's not the best of the best, but it was serviceable and well worth the price tag. Overall, I would stay at Comfort Inn Randolph again.

I did not actually stay here, however I wanted to publicly share my experience.We were just passing through during our vacation when my family experienced car trouble that rendered our vehicle undriveable. The hotel's parking lot was the only thing we could drift into before our car completely died.The folks at the hotel were unbelievably kind, empathetic, and hospitable. They allowed us to come in out of the heat and sit in the breakfast room for HOURS while we waited for assistance.Never let anyone convince you that no one cares or that kindness is a thing of the past!

I am completely disgusted with our very brief stay, The room smelled moldy and stale, the Bed was extremely uncomfortable, felt like laying on concrete, we felt very leery about staying, the room was a complete nightmare, and for $177.00, this outdated room was very overpriced.After 30 minutes, we left and drove to the Hyatt in Braintree, what a breath of fresh air, I will never stay at this hotel, nor will I ever refer this hotel to anyone.I felt extremely filthy just laying on the bed, extremely stressful situation.An absolute horrendous experience which lasted 30 minutes.Plus our room just had sheets. No comforter, no quilt. The photos which are shown on the website are inaccurate. I wish our room had looked like the one shown in the photos.Unfortunately, we did not.
