However with the way things work in the insurance world works now a days everything is as slow as molasses. With Exquisite that wasn't the case. Kwasie took a look at my car, and gave me a solid date of when to bring it in. I dropped off my suv, and I just want to say he handled everything like a champ. “Our company does business with Kwik on a regular basis. They have good prices and great delivery service. The only bad thing I can say is... I had just called and spoke to a guy on the phone about ordering something and he was very short and rude about helping me. Says he has better things to do. Sorry im a girl, not familiar with ordering stock and wasn't exactly sure what it was I was looking for as it didn't have a part number on it. I was (stupid on my part I guess) assuming that the guy would know how to help me since he is the one that can just pull up stock in his computer, maybe give me choices as to what it could be I was trying to find. “Bobby at TB Car Service is my hero!!! I drove my suburban out to Boston all the way from Minnesota to help move a couple of my kids from their apartments. By the time I got to Boston, my brakes were shot! Only having 2 days to help my kids in Boston, I was in a bit of a panic as to how I was going to get my brakes repaired. Found Bobby's business on Yelp late one night and he was at my son's apartment the next morning replacing my brakes! What a terrific guy! Totally set my mind at ease! While he worked on my brakes, I continued to help my kids with packing. Every once in a while, he would give me a little update and show me what was needed for the repair. My brakes are perfect!! Thank God for Bobby and his wonderful expertise! I had to drive to New York City and Long Island (lots of braking!) before heading home to Minnesota with my mind totally set at ease! Thank you, Bobby!! Here's something special about him (along with being super friendly) - he's the first mechanic I've used who shows up at your doorstep, ready to get dirty yet wearing a nice shirt and tie! Talk about professionalism! He has it all! I highly recommend him and if I'm ever in need of such help in Boston again, he's my guy! :)”
