The team inside is extremely helpful and friendly when you're in the branch. For their employees, I would give them five stars. My issue lies with BofA's website and phone system. I have tried repeatedly to set up and in-person appointment with someone inside to open an account to no avail. When you call the branch, no one is available to take your call. Fine and good, however there isn't an option to leave a message for someone to get your call returned. You're just sent into the circle of menus and being notified no one is available. You're directed to schedule an appointment online, however when you go there, there are no appointments available for the next two months? And, again, no option of having someone contact you back. Due to this, I've decided to use a different bank.

Drive through atm doesn't take money. Twice in less than a month. Cashiers are the slowest ever. They take time even to put my debit card back in an envelope. How courteous but seriously. I'm in a rush after spending 10 minutes in the ATM that doesn't work.

Having banked with BoA for over 35 years, I was completely disillusioned by the poor service at this branch. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes, with only one woman ahead of me, and one man already at the counter being helped. There were two employees behind the counter, although only one of them was helping the man at the counter. There was also a perky young woman greeting people at the door, and trying to direct customers to self service. Um, no. A truck came up to the drive through window, and the second employee behind the counter went to help THAT customer. Whatever happened to first come, first served? When I finally got my turn at the counter, the clerk said to me "I will be with you in a minute, I have to help the customer at the drive through, first." My response was, "Even though I have been waiting longer, and was here first?" Whereupon, the second clerk directed a comment to me about her customer (the woman in line in front of me) being there first. Yet that woman WAS being helped before me. Meanwhile a man in a suit, looking much like a management type, stood nearby, behind the counter and just watched the WHOLE time. He never stepped up to help or lift a finger.

Sigh... I've found so many great places in my new home town, but BOA isn't one of them. I left behind a Huntington bank and I absolutely adored them. I have never had any hassles with them and my banking life was a breeze. Well, I needed to deposit cash because I didn't have my debit card on hand, and when I walked up to the counter, the teller told me that I was signed up for some kind of an E-Account? Granted that part is probably my fault, because I signed up the day after moving here and had no idea what the guy was telling me when I signed up. Well, if I wanted to deposit my cash, it'd cost me $8.00. I have NEVER heard that in my life! They said that my account was strictly for going to the ATM only, and any transactions made inside would cost me money. This is totally new to me, and I'm not very excited about it. The second thing, I never got my temporary card. I had to go in there and ask them to remail it. Very frustrating when all your cash is in an account that you can't even go inside to use. They have a few good things too, like the referral system, and the matching savings, but overall, I expected more.

Good location in the Cotswold area. Nothing new or surprising at this location...easy drive-up ATM that will get you back on the road in no time.
