I bought a car from them and when I got it home went to get it inspected. It failed and when I tried to get them to pay for it to get fixed they wouldn't cover the cost.

they provide different numbers, they need to be more clear with the number so like that when business look for phone contact number will be more easy for every single one

Bobby at TB Car Service is my hero!!! I drove my suburban out to Boston all the way from Minnesota to help move a couple of my kids from their apartments. By the time I got to Boston, my brakes were shot! Only having 2 days to help my kids in Boston, I was in a bit of a panic as to how I was going to get my brakes repaired. Found Bobby's business on Yelp late one night and he was at my son's apartment the next morning replacing my brakes! What a terrific guy! Totally set my mind at ease! While he worked on my brakes, I continued to help my kids with packing. Every once in a while, he would give me a little update and show me what was needed for the repair. My brakes are perfect!! Thank God for Bobby and his wonderful expertise! I had to drive to New York City and Long Island (lots of braking!) before heading home to Minnesota with my mind totally set at ease! Thank you, Bobby!! Here's something special about him (along with being super friendly) - he's the first mechanic I've used who shows up at your doorstep, ready to get dirty yet wearing a nice shirt and tie! Talk about professionalism! He has it all! I highly recommend him and if I'm ever in need of such help in Boston again, he's my guy! :)

I contacted Rob the owner for a quote to install my coolant heat storage tank for my 07 prius. he quoted $80. When I got there and we talked he said he misunderstood what I wanted and gave me the bait and switch for $250. I told him to install the part. His mechanic installed the part which was ok, but the mechanic did not fill the cooling system properly and the air was not bled out of the system like Rob told me it would be. I had a trouble light come on twice on the way home. So I added coolant because it was low. The next day my engine light came on. So in summary they have a good labor price but the job was not done properly or complete.
