I visited the Randolph location on 7/24/23 to purchase a washer pump for my vehicle. The gentleman ordered it online for me and said it would take at least 3 days to come in unless I wanted to pay for express shipping. I needed the part ASAP for an inspection sticker so I had it shipped the next day a $12 fee. When I got home I looked up the part using the receipt and found it to be the wrong part. I went back to AutoZone (I live less than a mile away) and told the manager it was the wrong part. He said you have to wait for it to come in to return it. He said it has to be physically here for returns. I came back the next day after it arrived and asked for the refund. I was refunded the cost of the part but not the shipping. The manager said that was on me because I requested express shipping. I explained that I did not order the wrong part you did, and I asked you less than an hour after to cancel it and you said wait for it to come in. This was not my error it was AutoZone error and I should NOT have to pay for AutoZone error. The cost of the shipping was $12 and I don't care if it was another department or FedEx I did not order the wrong part this is on AutoZone NOT me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Alternator was dying. I had to stay in the building for over an hour calling everyone I could. They showd be compassion and helped me as much as they could. I really appreciated them

The cashier jerry should be fired. He doesn’t care about his job nor does he even know how to do his job. He’s combative, rude, short with customers, un-knowledgeable when it comes to automotive needs. He makes this store un-usable and he should be removed from this store and company all together.

It wasn't busy at all , 3 guys behind the counter, the guy on the register was helping someone on the phone, the other 2 were pulling stock for orders , I think. So after about 6 long minutes and 2 other customers, they helped me.

(Randolph main st. Branch) Terrible customer service, on their phones and not helpful AT ALL!! Went to Auto Zone had the part available and customer service was wonderful. Do yourself a favor Stay away from this store!!

Very disappointed. I bought an alternator went bad in two months get an other one same brand (carquest ) i called and ask for a denso alternator the manager said he can only give one so he will give me discount for a denso Wich is a better brand. Guest what I found it at an other part store cheaper than your discount. So only reason why I don't give a one star is because the lady i talked to was very nice. And I'm also done going there.
