Obviously a family run business and the women were so adorable. I felt as though when you walk in there they treat you like family. Extremely thorough and the spaces are cheap but well kept.

I just want to share my experience with this company. These women here are absolutely amazing! The nicest customer service around! So glad I chose you for my storage. Anytime I’ve come close to my grace period of my bill. I always receive a very sweet voicemail as a reminder. Even during this pandemic they have been so patient and understanding. I will never choice another storage place. Beverly and her team are the best!!

I was very impressed with the service, care, cleanliness and explanations of how much they offer, even offered coffee and tea!, and turned on the portable fireplace heater. I will not go anywhere else for storage or service! I didn't know they service autos and give stickers, I will bring my daughter's Mercedes here for service and stickers along with my Acura!

A Storage Solution saved me multiple times on my most recent move. I under estimated the amount of stuff I had and Storage Solution was able to provided me with more storage on three different occasions. The staff is very friendly and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The storage units are clean and weather proof, I never worried about any of my stored items getting damaged in anyway. There are two other storage places in Randolph that we looked at and Storage Solution was by far the best value. If I ever have to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. From a pure customer service point of view, there isn't a better storage facility then A Storage Solution.
