The store is smaller than a normal pharmacy, and not as neat, but there's no lack in medicine. I also think that the business is family-run. They have a unique variety of medicines and herbs, and the owner is very smart. They also have a doctor to perform acupuncture. My family and I can trust the owners and employees of the store, and the medicine is very effective.

Awful. Sold fake wood lock oil from Hong Kong. I wouldn’t trust anything in this store.

I love this pharmacy. The owner is very knowledgeable. As a health spa owner, I trust the owners knowledge. I have also introduced this pharmacy to other medical doctors who are quite pleased with the selection and prices.

I'm just rating solely the bakery side! Just wondering why the price is the buns are all bunched in a different price. I kept studying the receipt and found out that the lady just randomly rang out the baos!!! So I strongly encourage everyone who tends to buy tons of buns at once should also "ask" and check the price of the buns... also check your receipt and see if it matches!!!!! I bought 10 items and not 12 on the receipt which it's shown! Also the price didn't match with the buns that I got!!! Feeling a bit frustrated but too late to do anything about it! Lesson learned!

Fantastic market, wide variety of packaged and house-made goods. Steamed buns are a must.

Prices good for reasonable quality food and other supplies. Just know what you're looking for and don't expect the best quality.

I went to the bakery & bought some buns that were on sale at the end of the night for $3.50 for 5 buns. When I got home and ate one of the custard bun and the custard was thick and chunky??? I was in pain vomiting from food poisoning. I don't know how long the buns have been sitting there but beware if you have a weak stomach. You could get seriously sick. Nothing here is fresh and they try to sell you expired food for a cheap price.

I haven't visited Kam Man in a while. Since the last time I've been they've actually done some cool changes! They've always had little stalls that you can see right when you walk in on your right. They now have a sit and eat in area where you can order a hot meal. They also have the option of buying roasted duck as a whole, a half, or a meal that comes with rice. My husband and I went food shopping here and found delicious pork shumai and dumplings to make at home for a total of $10. What a bargain! We also found some great dairy-free ice cream and Japanese snacks. While this may be an Asian market, they also have many other international options. We are Latinos and we noticed they had many Goya products that stop and shop does not carry. I also thought that the prices for their pots and pans were very reasonable. I came here a couple years ago and purchased a big pot to make rice for about $25. It was great deal. They also carry electronics, kitchen appliances, sandals etc. Pretty much anything for the home. Most things are fairly priced but there are items that are pricier such as meat and typical "American" products. Also, just be aware that many of the workers who restock things might not speak English so be prepared to look around for whatever it is that you need.

Expired 09/10/17 shrimp and pork wonton Just got this a few days ago and didn't check expiration date until just now when I was about to make it. The moment I open it, smell so bad like a dead skunk and I almost passed out from the smell. I always buy the same wonton package and this is the first time it smell so bad and looked so bad. Please check the expiration date before you buy, unless you wanna be like me and wasted $6ish

Beware!!! We saw some nice live blue crab and spend 10 minutes pick them then gave them to the guy to weight and put in the proper bag, the usual process. But when I looked in the bag, all of the blue crabs were brown and all dead! They switched out the good crabs and gave us dead crabs! The date of visit was 04/25/2019 but the tag on the bag dated 01/01/2019!!! I was so mad that I forgot to take a picture for proof. So be careful and make sure you watch what they're doing especially in the seafood section. It was so obvious this time because all of crabs in the bag were dead and brown. Imagined if they switched out a few and you dont notice any thing wrong until you get home? You would have paid for garbage and gave them free money. Even worst if you didnt notice and got sick from eating. They would have said it's your fault from not cooking properly and not the product issue.

Ended up here while visiting my friend in Boston. We were on the hunt for crabs and a few other items for our girls dinner party that evening. They had a wide variety of seafood items for very inexpensive prices. We arrived an hour after opening so it was still pretty empty. Unfortunately, we waited at least 5 minutes before be tended to even though 2 employees were in the department not waiting on customers. We picked out about 8 rock crabs. I tried to find the other items but they were either unavailable or overpriced. I would definitely recommend this market for the wide variety of seafood and the good rates but not much else.

I believe Kam Man is the biggest Asian Market in the area (I haven't been to any outside of Quincy yet), but it's also a big headache. I went on a Sunday, and I should've remembered going to an Asian Supermarket on a weekend is asking for a headache. The parking lot alone was a hot mess; so many cars trying to park, trying to get out, etc, and the parking lot was big, but there was just so many people and cars. The supermarket itself is unorganized and crowded and overwhelming. It just didn't flow well and there were so many people and buggies. There is more variety since it is a bigger store, but I actually ended putting all my goods back. 2 of the things on my list to get was cooking wine and fish sauce. I found the brands my dad uses and got it and just happened to look at the expiration date and they were expired! On both the cooking wine and fish sauce! One of the bottles said it expires 5/25/17.... I went on 3/31/19... that's almost 2 years! I tried to give them a chance though because I wasn't sure if I'd find it at another market so I actually looked through all the bottles of the cooking wine I wanted and they were ALL expired! I then went to look at some ramen noodles and they were expired too! There was maybe 6 bags of the flavor and brand I wanted and every bag was expired. Really disappointing, so I put the rest of my items back and luckily, I found a much better market across the street!
