This pharmacy is crazy busy and always behind with prescription refills, consulting requests, and doctor communication. I've been using this Walgreens as my full time pharmacy for the last few years and I'm finally going to make the move and change over to a new pharmacy.
The level of incompetence at this location is staggering. When trying to call and speak to a live person there, you'll be on hold for over a half an hour, IF you manage to make your way through the automated answering system, another nightmare.
I've called for a refill request multiple times after confirming that I have refills available via the Walgreens app. I've been told everything from "that medication doesn't allow for refills", to "your doctor made a mistake and refilled the wrong medication' - and each time, my doctor has to resubmit the medication request for ANYTHING there to work RIGHT. This happens to me MULTIPLE times EVERY month.
In fact, it was my doctor who recommend I change to a new pharmacy. Not only does the bad customer service and lack of knowledge stress me out on a constant basis, but my DOCTOR is also tired of being pestered every week, asking to resubmit info to this Pharmacy that he normally wouldn't have to do.
The final straw was when I attempted to pick up an Rx last week, only to find the pharmacy had closed a few minutes early. Open until 6 pm, I arrived at 5:53 to find the pharmacy shut down and the Pharmacist lurking behind the thick plate of glass in the window.
I complained loudly that the pharmacy should be open at this time, and that I really needed this medication. While trying to avert my gaze, the Pharmacist pretended that he couldn't hear me, when he obviously could. A pane of glass isn't soundproof, and this Pharmacy isn't worth your time, your patronage, or your stress levels.

Pharmacy hours change and are ridiculously short. Consistently say over the phone they fill a prescription and don’t have it when you get there early enough. Expect to be disappointed or even lied to with no explanation

The pharmacy was the worst experience of unprofessionalism. Never again. Twice had an appointment for Hep B. First time I was almost given the wrong vaccine. The next time even with appointment the vaccine was over. The third time made to wait more than 30 minutes with no updates. Then blood runs down my arm after the shot and the person was completely unprepared. First time I had blood while getting a shot. Singularly the worst experience.?

The pharmacy tech took an hour to verify my identity with my insurance, all of which could have been avoided if she listened to the correct DOB I gave her. Because she misheard me AND didn't clarify the incorrect information, I had to wait for them to call my insurance just for them to tell her she had the wrong DOB. I eventually found out that my insurance does not specifcially work with Walgreens (and I don't blame them!).

Oh this place. Barely competent employees. Neither the pharmacist or the other two ladies impressed me here this pm. Spoke to pharmacist over phone. He was a little helpful but not that much. The young Asian woman was sort of helpful but seemed pretty unsure of herself. Lastly asked the other lady who works here a question. She said "can you ask the pharmacist?" What, really? You work here and are perfectly capable of asking the pharmacist on my behalf but you dont bother helping me? Why the heck am I still coming here? Tbeir obviously not that qualified. If you never have a question about your meds or want to answer questions they might ask you about your medication than this is the place for you!

They charge you more money if you don’t give them your phone number. Walmart does not do that and they have cheaper prices for everythingThat wall greens has and more

Walked away with someone else's medication and didn't realize until later, they didn't seem all that concerned at first and claimed "mistakes happen" when filing the report, it's not a mistake, it's pharmacy negligence - there's a difference. Thankfully I read my labels. How this pharmacy is still operating is beyond me. This is just one circumstance of a long list of things wrong with this pharmacy. Poorly mismanaged pharmacy. COUNT all your pills (they have shortchanged mine by 2 weeks before) and double check your name whenever you come here, folks.

Gerard is simply amazing! He went out of his way to help this tired mommy that made a mistake with her order. We appreciate you!

Probably one of the worst Walgreens I've been too. The shelves are always empty, either they don't order enough stock or it's sitting in in back waiting for someone to unpack it. It's been so bad for the last few months that actually asked one of the employees if the store was going out of business and got a shrug as an answer

This walgreens doesn't have much in it. Was sort of disappointed since it was the only place I could buy things at that moment

Went here for a vaccine today and the pharmacist was very helpful, professional, prompt, and wearing a facemask. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and was served right away.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from this Walgreens for the past few weeks. I often come to this location because its short distance from my work but no longer after what I had experienced here a few weeks ago. I recently went on my honeymoon with my husband, Ron, and we took the most beautiful photos using a disposable camera (so we could put it in our wedding book), and this Walgreens store lost all of our photos. I've tried contacting countless times to check to see if they got them in but the response was always negative. These photos are photos I can never get back and at times I actually think about it and cry because, how can they be so inconsiderate to lose something so valuable. I really wanted to share my story so you guys do NOT come to this location to print out your photos, or maybe stop supporting them all together. The employees here always sounded like they had zero clue how to do even do their jobs, the training process needs to be updated IMMEDIATELY and people need to start getting fired!
