Poor costumer service, Asian worker kept asking questions that weren’t to her concern and didn’t even give me my prescription even called the Walgreens at Weymouth to tell them to deny me aswell.

I didn't go to Walgreens for 2.5 years then when I move back to the area I was shocked to see half of the store is gone. There is no good stock of makeup cosmetics cleaning products especially. No coupons like CVS and like Walgreens used to have. In addition why is the whole front of the store not even being used? Don't think many people use their pharmacy either I've never seen anyone except drive-thru vs 2 years ago the line would be around the corner. Don't have most of my basic needs therefore I got to walk all the way up to Walmart! Would be nice if you had what you used to for sale. And my biggest pet peeve is having to ask for coffee cream every time I'm in Walgreens! Like why do they keep it in the back?? And it's not easy finding anyone because not many people work there. The store is half the size it used to be 2.5 years ago. I CAN SAY THE GOOD PARTS THE CASHIER THAT'S BEEN THERE FOR YEARS WITH THE SALT-AND-PEPPER HAIR AND GLASSES. AND THE STORE MANAGER IS STILL THE SAME AND HE'S VERY NICE. AND WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL WHEN I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE PHARMACY. (I DON'T USE THAT PHARMACY ANYMORE). I'M HONESTLY SHOCKED THAT ANYONE GOES IN THERE AND THE PRICES ARE EFFING RIDICULOUS

For COVID PCR tests only: I don't recommend getting these at Walgreens anymore as they send it to a third party (Aegis) for testing. On the Walgreens website the estimated time is 48 hours but within 24 hours the sample hasn't even arrived at the lab. I called and they said it takes 2-5 business days for results. So there is really no point in wasting your money because it costs about $130 and then could take up to 7 days for results to arrive at which time your isolation period would be over if you did have covid.

The hours are incorrect online. Stating they are open till midnight that is a lie and very annoying! Wasting people's time.

Did online order from this location. Item was delivered late, also only got 1/10 of the items I order. I know for sure those items were not out of stock. Also if this store doesn’t have the item, then don’t say they are in stock online. Lost me as a customer all over!

Really poor customer service, attitude and work ethic. Most of the time they don't even read the doctor's notes nor do they care that by not doing so it can... and often does have a negative effect on the patient's health and overall well-being.

Called up and they said I could come I. Right away to do a passport photo. Went in and they told me they couldn’t do it because of the background being taken down. INCOMPETENT.

The new store design is terrible. You can’t tell if it’s even open at night. Here now at 11pm. Supposedly closes at 12am, but yet the doors are locked.
