Easy to turn into and out of, with a large parking lot. Located on a central street in Quincy that leads right into Milton. The inside is quite drab and sometimes smells of cigarette smoke. I've used the photo services a few times and haven't had any issues with pick-up.

Every time I go in here it’s a 20 minute wait in line, they had three people at pharmacy and still had me and everyone else standing in line for 20 minutes because only one person apparently can run a register and then you go up front and same thing one register open 10 people in line and no one around, don’t go here unless you have an hour to kill

This is by far the worst Walgreens. I placed an order for baby formula. It's stuck pending so I'm trying to call to see if they're out, if so I can take a refund. It seems like these associates don't even know how to pick up a phone. I've been calling for the last 2 hours. The funny part is if they do have the formula then the associate should get fired. How hard is it to take 1 item and put it in a bag and let the customer know it's all set for pick up. I will never do business with any Walgreens ever.

I called ahead of time and asked if their photo department works they said yes when I arrived I noticed a woman working helping somebody else out I waited patiently trying to work the machine . I press the button for help but the woman was more worried about counting her draw rather than acknowledging my presence I found that she was very rude to me so I went ahead and reported her to the Better Business Bureau because the store like this should help people out not make them feel like they shouldn’t shop at walgreens.

Consistently rude on the phone. Called once to transfer a prescription and once was a reminder to pick up my prescription. At least they're consistent!

pharmacy was closed at 6:13 on a Saturday. slowest service. I have waited 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. don't post your hours then close when you feel like it.

This is the walgreens i most frequently shop at. The staff is always helpful - in every way possible - at the photo kiosk, finding products, pharmacy questions. The manager (Kathy, i believe) is always circulating in case you need something - very helpful. And, the checkout line always moves right along.

The store staff is wonderfully helpful as are MOST of the pharmacy workers. There is, however, one pharmacy employee who is absolutely dreadful. She's astoundingly dim, has less than zero empathy/customer service skills and seems to go out of her way to make every interaction problematic. She has NO problem solving abilities – not even for the tiniest of issues. Sadly, she's usually at the counter – I can only guess this is because she can't be trusted to fill an order correctly.

I go to the liquor department from time to time and today @3pm the employee (woman on right register) ask me for my id..she didn't ask 5 people before me. .she spoke to everyone except me..I still remain polite saying thank you and she rolled her eyes like I did something to her...I feel like she was being racist...very bad customer service...if I witness it at my job I would fire her....
