I have worked in customer service a long time & I do not like to leave negative reviews or complain.I never used the photo service, this was the first time, I didn't know where to get it, so I was waiting to see if someone could guide me, the store was full, the cashier, shouted in front of the customers with me, I went in line and when it was my turn, she left not to answer me, I was attended by another employee who was not polite, I didn't say anything, I just never return to this store again.

This place is AWFUL. For the second time now they gave me the wrong medication and this time they insisted I take it. Their solution was "I don't know, check the bottle before you leave the pharmacy." Are you kidding me? This scares me because what are elderly people going to do if they end up with the wrong medicine and don't notice?? They are going to end up seriously harming someone. Go somewhere else!

I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews but felt inclined to do so after using this Walgreens as my go-to pharmacy for the last 4 months. I've had both regular prescriptions and special prescriptions due to a surgical procedure during this time, and the experience here has been extremely frustrating and subpar, to say the least. There have been MULTIPLE times that my prescription has been delayed, didn't auto-refill, or stated it needed to be picked up only for me to get there and be told it wasn't ready... Occasionally there have been issues with the prescription or prescriber but absolutely zero follow-up or reaching out from the pharmacy regarding said issues... So the only way I find out about it is when I call them, get put on hold for 30 minutes, and ask them where my meds are because I'm on my last pill of my SSRI (which is really not something you want to skip a day of).Recently a similar thing happened where I had to call in and ask them before my prescription could be filled (no issues on my end, they just needed me to verbally remind them to fill it lol?????). The pharmacist on the phone was short and rude as if the lack of organization and customer service here is the customer's fault, not the pharmacy's.All in all, I'm looking into transferring my prescription elsewhere if possible. If you have meds you need filled regularly and are time-sensitive, stay far far away from this Walgreens.

worst experience ever I had !! .. I was there for my daughter Covid vaccination at evening time , and got HALF an hour earlier to get my Paper work done. There was another couple waiting before us ,and was no body to attend for next 15 min, Pharmacist(Ahmed) on phone during all time , seems totally un interested helping any one out there and customer waiting on this side of window for someone to attend. One girl was attending the customer on the other side ,while we were left standing on this side for about half an hour until another girl came back, mean while the girl on the first counter got free and checked us in. Again, after despite of no other customer or ringing bell at that time we stood there another 20 min un attended. Mean while pharmacist left the counter and disappear in back, when i inquired how long it going to take , the girl replied he will be doing it. I waited patiently and he came back after taking his time and hold the phone again, it does not seems like he was talking to anyone or doing something urgent, rather more not in mood of attending customer and making us waiting purposely. i asked him directly how long further, after Patiently waiting an hour, with his attitude its looks like that he is going to make us wait another hour ,or he was doing it intentionally so we will leave. I told him its a worst experience I ever had in any pharmacy and does not want to proceed with the appointment, its seems like he has no problem with customer leaving with bad experience, as he said nothing , while other girl look at him in away as if she wanted him to say something like we are just taking you in, there is no other customer here, rather he kept quite. What a rude and un professional Pharmacist they have here , IF i would have start below zero , i would choose that for him. Bad Bad Behavior and service !!

Missing 12 of my pills in my prescription, they can't account for that. Just said "we must've miscounted" as if you can miscount a dozen pills. Calling them is impossible, have had to wait 45+ minutes. They don't pick up. They tell you prescriptions are ready, but in actuality they're still being processed 3 days later. This has happened 4+ times. Moving my prescriptions to another place. Terrible service, terrible management, terrible pharmacy.

this is a fraudulent Walgreens. store closed twice this week. do not send your prescriptions here. it will take over a week. workers are on strike. go to cvs

Came to this store 3 times for a prescription shampoo and was told the script was ready to pick up each time. Every visit ended up have to wait because it was not ready. Called a couple times to the pharmacy department and had to wait at least 30min before talking to someone, similar situation to other reviews. Like other customers’ recommendations, please stay away from this store. I love other Walgreens locations overall.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy here is abysmal. Pharmacists are rude, and often on their phones/instagram. The average hold time is 20+ minutes and often calls will be disconnected after 20 minutes. Getting refills thru the app or website only works if you then call the pharmacy to confirm or move things along - I've had prescriptions stuck in progress for DAYS - and this appears to be on the pharmacy end not the app end. Pharmacy has submitted cancelled prescriptions for delivery and charged my card costing me over $100. Don't go here. Just don't.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! If I could give a store negative stars this would be the store I would give it to. I have an open complaint with Walgreens headquarters for the past 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from the general manager on this particular store. Every time I go in there I'm not being helped when I need help.. My favorite, being questioned for simple things, like my credit card information or small returns (I've only done 5 returns since living in Quincy for 8 years). The last incident I tried to exchange an unopened box of child Tylenol. My husband accidentally picked up the wrong box so 30 minutes to an hour later I went to exchange it for infant Tylenol. With the receipt and it be completely sealed. Children's Tylenol is $8 infant Tylenol is $14 so I wasn't returning anything. The woman at the counter kept saying that I needed the credit card i purchased the item with, even though i explained my husband was the one that purchased it. I told her that I don't have the credit card and that I'm trying to exchange it. At the time i was frustrated because my child had a fever and i didnt want to get into it with something so frivolous. At first she was reluctant to exchange Tylenol so I asked for a manager. I know they can exchange unopened products within 1 hour of time frames. This is not the first time the same cashier has had an issue with me. At this point I no longer want to associate myself with this particular Walgreens. I have worked in customer service a long time & I do not like to leave negative reviews or complain. With that being said, I have been trying to transfer a prescription from here to another pharmacy for several days. The pharmacist & I have both been unable to reach them via phone. I was just on hold for more than 30 minutes before the call was hung up. The staff here seem to be knowledgeable & are trying their best but they are always swamped. I don't plan to use this pharmacy again.

Trying to get a prescription filled here is impossible over the phone.This week I've called everyday multiple times a day just to wait on hold for over 25 min every single time. Hands down worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

Never ever go to this place! Worst pharmacy ever..The staff is not helping at all. Have been here multiple times and experience has always been the same. Would never recommend it to anyone.
