Said he was coming in the morning, never came never answered my texts or calls and I informed him I had a baby that I was moving their sleep schedule around to accomodate the appointment. Not ok!

Chris was very friendly and professional! He was able to mount my tv very nicely and even installed a shelf for me. Highly recommend!
