Amazing!!! My 3 YO pup had bloody stool on a Saturday after being "off" all week
my primary vet couldn't see him and recommended we not wait until Monday.
They recommended Veterinary Urgent Care. The office wasnt weren't open yet but I was able to make a same day appointment online. Super easy. They took my fur baby as soon as we arrived and they spent over 90 minutes with him. They were patient and thorough and even though he was uncomfortable and not happy with parts of the exam, they were very caring and professional and so loving with him. He's better today because of Dr. Holmes treatment,thank God. If he ever needs urgent care again, I WILL DEFINITELY go there again. Highly recommended.

Everyone was friendly and professional.
They took my pet cat in right away and figured out what was wrong. Explained everything to me for her care and provided me with the medication needed.
Definitely would recommend them.

While visiting my daughter in Milton, my 9-year old Lab became lame and in a lot of pain.The friendly and reassuring staff, from the front desk to the exam room, made our visit seamless and with no stress. Every step of Nugget’s examination and treatment was explained along with every charge - no $$ surprises.
Turns out when you are a 9-year old Lab, you cannot play daily with an 18 month old Aussie! While extremely professional, Dr. Holmes was gracious and empathetic.
I appreciate all they did for Nugget and for me. Highly recommend this Urgent Care practice.

We have just relocated back k ro Massachusetts from So.Florida. During our commute, one of our cats got a fairly nasty skin infection. The staff was so very kind and accommodating. I was given clear information regarding his medical care and cost of treatment. The facility was very clean. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

Hardest day of my life having my dog my girl Lucky to sleep she got sick and was 18 years old . The staff couldn't have been more companionate and heartfelt caring of what I was going through ?❣️ they took amazing care of us .

Loved this place, so clean and staff is amazing. Appreciated the text that they were running late, so I wasn't waiting around. You may wait as this is urgent care, so you never know who's in front and what their ailments are. Didn't mind the slight delays as we have dogs, and if mine was more sick than someone else's would appreciate being moved ahead
HIGHLY recommend, was a great experience and should I need such care again would go nowhere else. Great operating hours as well with late evening opportunities. Book online

I visited this clinic on September 10th and was very upset with the way I was treated by the doctor Lacovelli. I came to the clinic because my vet was totally slammed and they could not get me in for an emergency appointment. My dog Layla was vomiting for a couple of days and was very lethargic. She is a pit bull mix who has very bad seasonal allergies but she is seen regularly by her vet to treat them and they are well managed. I explained this to Stephanie that puking has never been a symptom of her allergies and I even called her vet and they suggested I go to urgent care and get an Xray. She kept insinuating that I am not taking care of her allergies, that is why she is puking, and I do not need an xray. Over and over again I was telling her that she’s been on medicine for 7+ years and this is NOT the reason. If we don’t take care of our dog why would I be in an urgent care after 3 days of her puking? As someone who works in the animal industry I would never make a patient feel as though they don’t take care of their dog and completely dismiss any concern they have. We went back and forth and she dismissed my concerns multiple times, suggesting we get an anti nausea shot and sent us on our way. She clearly was not listening to us, and kept making rude comments about her skin, so we went on our way.
Other than insinuating I don’t take care of my dog she kept jumping back and acting like my dog was going to bite her every time she made a noise. Shouldn’t someone who works with dogs be used to their antics? Like I said I work with dogs daily.
Fast forward 4 days we are back in a different urgent care- they listened to my concerns, did not judge my dogs skin allergies, and found the real problem was cancer and she was bleeding out internally. We were hours from loosing our girl.
I would not recommend Dr Lacovelli to anyone. 0/10 bed side manner.
I will say the vet techs treated us very kindly they were the only positive thing we experienced at this clinic.

Went here after reading some reviews. Was recommended by another vet that didn’t accept my care credit card. This place was amazing. Staff made it as comfortable as possible for my dog who has horrible anxiety with anything new. The prices also are better than the other emergency vets I have been too. I would give 11 stars if I could. A big thanks to the staff for making it a very relaxing and pleasant visit for our Ezra!!

My last minute visit was nothing short of amazing! The staff were super welcoming and understanding. The doctor took the time to sit down and discuss the treatment plan and also had suggestions for my pup’s paw. Would definitely go back there and recommend this place to anyone in need of an urgent visit for their fur babies ?
