“Amy and Jen were INCREDIBLE to work with! They provided a sense of calm during stressful moments of wedding planning and instilled confidence that they would implement all of our details perfectly. The Tirrell room is beautiful and provided tons of room for our 150 person wedding. Our guests raved about the taste and quantity of food as well as the efficiency of the bar & wait staff. Amy and Jen were always responsive to texts and emails and gave us guidance based on our wants/needs, never pressuring us to make any decisions based on money. I would recommend this venue to anyone.”

“They really cleaned up this park. Added a great playground for younger kids. Moved the baseball field so balls don't fly into peoples houses and basketball court is perfect. Rest of the field is big enough to play soccer, football or run with your dog! Ample parking and places to eat after.The club house is simple, nothing special. But it's a good hall to rent for a max 30 person event. They have a lot of parking too. Located in semi heart of Quincy, good place to go for a walk around the river since Avalon "beach" is walking distance. Please from Quincy will know why I said "beach". Lol”

“We had our wedding reception here this past weekend. I can’t say enough good things. Venue is lovely with a mahogany framed room for the cocktail hour. Very Boston Brahmin and classy. The Ballroom for our dinner and dancing was elegant. Service was impeccable, passed hors d’oeuvres and buffet were outstanding. Planning, communication and coordination ahead of time was all that you could hope for. I highly recommend for your next function.”

“First and foremost thank you Marie for all your help! This lady goes above and beyond! she doesn't just rent you out the place and that's it. - I've rented the Sons of Italy 3 times in the past. The first time was 14 years ago, YES 14! for my sisters baby shower, again in 2017 for my wedding reception (We used the upstairs room for our reception) and then again in July 2023 for my husbands surprise 40th Birthday party.From beginning to end she was a great help, for all parties. Whenever I would email her with questions she would get right back to me.. she knew the surprise party had me stressed out! lol my wedding not so much because she literally takes care of everything, you just tell her how and what you want and she makes it happen! (for the wedding receptions) - She is very thorough and clear when explaining the contract so there is no confusion later.,Most rental halls have a bar minimum that has to be met, which is fine. In our case that was never an issue! Marie literally helped set up, and clean up! She even set up the food that was delivered from the caterer and let me use her chafing dishes even though I had bought my own! she said it would make my life easier when the party ended , less clean up for me! I mean C'mon what other hall would consider that?! She also, offered bar height tables when we thought there wasn't going to be enough seating for my guest. My vendors didn't have an issue showing up, Marie was very accomodating, including my photo booth vendor.The downstairs hall is spacious and updated, the upstairs hall is huge and very pretty, has nice chandeliers too. The bathrooms are clean and newer, the bartenders are great, there's also lots of parking.All in all I will continue to use Sons of Italy as my first go to for any event.”

“I'm not a member. But I do enjoy going to their meat raffle which are the first Friday of every month. You have an opportunity to win meat packages that add to about fifteen dollars. There are also cash prizes. The evening starts off at 6pm and a fresh,hot meal served shortly after 6,then the winning begins,for others mostly, I haven't had much good luck lately,except for meeting some of the nicest people in all of Quincy. And for you generous,Civic minded people out there,all the money raised goes into a scholarship program for deserving Quin cy high school students. So that's a reason to go and have a great meal,and have a chance to go home happy. I hope you'll go a support this very worthy cause.”

“Fun atmosphere to take the kids for a weekend afternoon. The front desk was very nice and quick. Prices reasonable for pool/bowling and a few beers. We had fun and will be back!”

“We loved it here. If the weather is nice expect it to be busy! Servers are doing their best but it’s packed so expect a bit of a wait. All 4 of us who went 1000% recommend the chicken sandwich! Also love that they’re animal friendly.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Boston Quincy. They were able to accommodate us last minute on our trip, everything from check in, to overall accommodations was solid. I am always a big fan of Marriotts in general, especially their bedding and this visit was no exception. The stay was very comfortable. The hotel was definitely well maintained and the lobby and rooms were modern and clean. They have their own private parking lot, which is always appreciated while traveling and with a car rental. They had a bar in the lobby that was dishing out five star classic cocktails. The service in the bar was less stellar, but the beverages made up for it. We didn't take advantage of a ton of their other amenities, as we're out and about most of the time. Overall, we were super comfortable and really enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely consider staying again.”

“I just had my baby shower at Victory Point on 3/17/24 and it could not have been more perfect! The staff were so friendly and attentive, the food was so delicious and the Victory Room was a beautiful space. Matison Gietman was an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend Victory Point enough!”

“Extremely clean, very friendly, being in IHG member I was able to get a 2:00 p.m. late checkout which was sweet and much needed. In room Keurig coffee maker. I chatted with the housekeeper for a minute who is very kind. I actually forgot something in the room and the manager called me to tell me which . I think other places I stayed at the housekeeper would have just thrown it in the rubbish. I highly recommend this place!”
