“I really wish I could give them 5 stars, but I have to deduct a star for their loyalty program. I’ve been going here since they’ve opened, multiple times a week and not only have I not received any discounts, perks, anything, but my accumulation of points seems very low. It’s almost like they have it for the sake of having it, but they do not honor it. It’s kinda a sham to offer a program to incentivize customers to go there and not honor it.
Also, the app is trash and barely works. The app does not have the same offerings as the website.
I wish I could give 5, but I feel like they’ve been open long enough for these things to be addressed already.
The pluses. The staff is amazing! You always see the same people and they are all extremely pleasant to deal with. They’re awesome! The specials are getting better and better, which is nice.”

“The only place I’ve been able to find a pod for my vape. I went to three other smoke shops in the Quincy area and couldn’t find anything and was overjoyed when the lady behind the counter told me she had it. She was also incredibly friendly and accommodating.”
“Large selection of good cigars. They moved here from down the street, greatly increasing their floor space - they had a good cigar selection back there too, and keep them well humidified. Honestly best source for cigars I've found on the South Shore.”

“This is my to-go place every single time I need to stock up. The guy named Mark really knows what’s goods and give best recommendation. I’m really glad that this store don’t sells crack pipe.
This store is the only store that makes me feel welcome and I don’t feel in a hurry to purchase items. Most of the items they had are good quality and decent price.
I went most of the smoke stores in Quincy, MA. This is the only store I always go back! I really recommended this place.”
