After spending over $100for an oil change and new windshield wiper, I just wanted to see why my windshield fluid wasn’t pumping out fluid. Wouldn’t help me. They did try to sell me a new filter which I just replaced about 6 months ago. They depend on a consumers ignorance. I would’ve given them one star but they did get things done quickly. I’ll only go to valvoline in the future if I I need an oil change and pressed for time. For the price they charge, not worth it. Either go to your dealership or local garage.

As of 14:45 on a weekday the place was very busy. Never ended up getting my oil changed due to the wait.

Went in for an oil change. Left the Oil Cap off and oil spilt everywhere. Also didn’t check the anti freeze. They tried to sell me a new battery saying mine was bad but I just replaced mine a year ago, went into auto one and they told me my battery was fine. Been going to this location for nearly a decade and I’ve never had a problem but I guess the new staff worker are taking a toll on this company’s reputation.

Always had good experiences here, I did have an issue awhile back, nothing major but they were honest and rectified the situation on my next visit. I appreciate a business that is willing to take accountability, which is why I still go to this location for every oil change and for every car in my household. The price is not bad, and you can always get coupons and Groupon deals as well. The staff is always friendly and outgoing as well.

Friendly staff, efficient, they get the job done in a timely manner. I've been going here for years for my oil changes. They recommend what you may need, but never push services. I always have great customer service here!

Does in a pinch, but there's no tire rotation and they always seem to be in a hurry to get you out with just oil change, air filter, wipers
