I’ve seen 3 different doctors here over for the past 10 years and they’ve all been exceptional including their entire care team and staff.Dr. Diaz, Dr. Lee, and Dr. Driscoll as well as all the front desk staff and their lab staff have been amazingly kind and helpful and take their time to explain things to make sure you understand and I was also pleasantly surprised with their follow up calls to explain lab results that were taken elsewhere.Nothing but good things to say.

The staff here are kind and helpful, but my PCP at the time stopped seeing me and canceled scheduled appointments we had. When we did see each other, she disregarded concerns I had about my reproductive health and wanting to meet with a specialist, but was quick to prescribe meds for an issue I wasn't as concerned about.

I have been seeing Dr. Moran here for 5 or 6 years, maybe longer. I find that she is thorough and responsive. She listens to what I have to say and asks thoughtful questions. She always schedules a follow-up with me and gives referrals when appropriate. I noticed that some reviews mention it being hard to get through to speak with anyone. I have had issues with the phone lines in the past, but I don't think that issue is reflective of the service I have received from the staff, or of the care I have received from the physicians. I find the patient portal is a very helpful tool and often use it to communicate with my doctor. When I do message the doctor via the portal, I almost always receive a return phone call from either the doctor, or her assistant as a follow-up. The front desk staff are always pleasant and the exit staff are helpful and courteous. I have also had positive experiences with the lab technicians when doing blood draws. Parking is plentiful and it is very convenient to get to the Quincy location, as it is right off the highway. Again, I do think the phone lines were an issue in the past but I think it might have been a staffing problem. It seems that this is no longer the case and connecting hasn't been a recent problem for me. I can't speak to all of the other physicians, but I would recommend Dr. Moran as a primary care. As far as specialists go, I have had positive interactions with both Dr. Erenler & Dr. Nguyen. Overall my experience has been good. I would give 4.5 stars but it doesn't allow for that.

Try calling and after you prompt thru, it goes dead silent.Waited it out for almost 30 minutes before finally hanging up.It sucks because the doctors are great but can never get thru.UPDATE: I did get a call back and they were apologetic and was able to schedule an appointment.

Service here is very unlike the tufts in Boston...went there for a blood draw...my wife is only person there...lady come out from blood draw office says I'll be right with you...comes out 20 minutes later ...she went to go heat up here coffee and muffin...I said to her in a regular job with supervision...if the place opens at 8...you would have to be there 15 early to get ready...she said I told you I'd be right back....crazy never goin there again

There are many poor reviews about front desk. I haven’t experienced that problem. What I will say, Dr. Liam Jette is phenomenal! I’m 50 and he’s easily the best doctor I’ve ever had. Compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner. I’ve never, ever felt rushed. My concerns have always been met with respect. He’s down to earth, easy to talk to. Puts the time into giving quality healthcare.

If you need anyone to answer just press 6. Called for a few days and kept getting the answer machine. The doctors here are great but the front desk is something else. Never heard of a place where it’s nearly impossible to reach the front desk.

Stay away. It takes 40 minutes to get anyone to answer the phone. God forbid you’re sick and need a call back from your primary care- you won’t get one! This facility is substandard and I will not be returning. The room I was seen in last had black mold all over the ceiling tiles. I pointed this out to to Dr Ross, and she brushed it off. I’m not trying to get medical help in a molded, poorly staffed building. -1 star.

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Answering service is on ALL day during business hours. Infuriating. Happened all the time.

It's the worst place you can get diagnosed in, that place like a boxing gang, no help no appointments, service with attitudes , the front desk is the worst team you could meet at any medical institute you could visit

I have been calling for 3 weeks now, religiously calling every hour, every day, during their business hours. I have NOT been able to get someone to answer for an appointment. They redirect the calls to a phone center where the rep is to take a message and have someone call you back for an appt. When they call you back, 3 days later, and you miss the call because you’re busy (you know because people have lives and work), they leave a voicemail telling you to call back the same freaking generic number and go through the same freaking process again! SO FRUSTRATING! I am leaving this review also because the last time i called (4/15/22 @ 3:24pm) the representative that wanted to take the message for a call back, grew upset with my frustrations and hung up in my face! I was respectful with my rant!FYI: providers here aren’t great either. I’ve had to change my provider at one point!I also want to point out that I also work in healthcare, as a healthcare provider, and although times aren’t easy and there are staff shortages everywhere, a bit of kindness goes a long way. I have been patient with this facility for the last 4 years but I am growing impatient with them. I will be transferring out.

Don't bother calling. You will NEVER get through. Not sure what the answering service does with the calls that they take, but RARELY get a call back. Changing Primary Care Provider to get away from this practice. If zero stars were an option, I would select it.

This is really bad place to get treated. the customer service people at front desk and on the phone didn’t want to communicate. All they do is rushing you to cut your conversation.i wouldn’t recommend this place for people of color.
