Sunti is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. One of my coworkers told me to come here and I'm so happy I did. Sunti worked so hard multiple times figuring out what was wrong with my car and now it has been driving great again. They are the best!

Excellent, knowledgable service with a very competitive price! Great customer service. We have been four times with two different cars and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We even asked about services they don’t provide and they offered excellent recommendations.

First time customer, Long time fan. I've always hesitated to go to another shop for my Audi since not everyone has a the capacity to work on them right, but my usual shop was booked up for weeks. Bert was able to squeeze me in for a same day drop off for my coolant leak/water pump replacement. He finished up the day after and did a great job at a better rate than my Euro spot. It's safe to say if i'm ever in the area their my go to shop! If you're an enthusiast and care about quality work on your german vehicle, look no further!

Triple 5 Motors is a trustworthy and reliable auto service shop. After the Audi dealership told me I needed new brakes, I took my car here for a second opinion. They were honest and upfront, letting me know my brakes were still in good condition. Their transparency and integrity have earned my loyalty. Highly recommend for anyone seeking honest automotive service!

Had an emergency happen on Monday morning, as I was driving to work. There was smoke coming from the hood of my car. Got to my office in Quincy, and new of Triple 5 Motors right next door to me. I have a Ford Escape SE vehicle, not realizing that Triple 5 Motors only works on Domestic cars. Did not want to take my car to a Ford dealership so I stopped in to speak to the Manager, Sunti. He took me in with no hesitation as he saw that I needed help. Not only was I appreciative but thankful that the issue wasn't anything larger than what I thought it was going to be, but he kept me updated throughout the day and when it came down to what the issue was, they were able to repair it vs. fixing it with new parts, that made me happy. I would definitely use this establishment in the future and would recommend Sunti and his team to anyone. Thank you for the great service and more importantly, making my Monday a bit easier than what I thought it was going to be.

After my daughter's 10 year old Range Rover broke down we had it towed at night to Triple 5 as we knew that they worked on Land Rovers. We had been there once before but were not a regular customer. Land Rovers can be finicky and it's hard to find a mechanic to work on them and they are expensive to fix. When I called the next day, they confirmed that they had the car and said that they would take a look at it when they had a chance (they were closed when we towed it in, so I wasn't expecting them to drop everything when they got it.) I checked back with them the next day and they were still trying to figure out what was wrong with it and told me they would call me the next day. They called as promised and informed me that the car was out of gas and they put $10 of gas in it and got it running. They cleared all of the codes on the computer and it was as good as new. When we went to pick it up, they only charged us for the gas, not for the time it took them to diagnose it or anything else. I was expecting a large repair bill given the age and make of the car. As far as I am concerned, they are the epitome of an honest mechanic. I wasn't even a regular customer but I will be now for this car and others. I highly recommend them.

Bert took great care of me and my '16 Jetta. He actually was the only shop to return my email with a clear quote on Carbon Cleaning and camshaft solenoid replacement. And for less than half what the VW dealership wanted with no hidden fees.
If you have an Audi/Volkswagen I highly recommend these guys. Also their 2nd location on Washington street is a 10 minute walk to the Quincy Center Redline station so I didn't need to arrange a ride.

Saved my bacon while on a Boston vacation with family.
My car started making an awful screeching noise the evening before New Year's Eve 2023, right after every auto repair place in range of the airBNB we were staying in had closed. January 2nd I tried the local dealership of my car brand (Nissan) and they wouldn't even let a mechanic listen to it. Thankfully one of the service desk folks told me about Triple 5!!! I took my car over there, and talked to them right at opening. Even though they were pretty booked and it was the day after New Year's Day, they fit me in and got my car road worthy again in time for me to drive home, and not have to figure out a new place to stay until it was fixed. Very clear communication, excellent work and service, A++ all around. Thank you so much!

Been coming here for years with all of my Lexus work and have had only positive experiences. Bert & Sunti are knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and always able to answer my questions. Most importantly, they're honest - the prices are fair, the quality is good, and they don't suggest unnecessary work on the vehicle. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
