I went here to buy an engagement ring for my now finace. Adam is the best! He made the whole process care free and fast and my ring was ready within a few days. Went back 6 months later to get it resized and another fanatsic experience free of charge. I would absolutely recommend Tooties to anyone. I think my finace would agree too! She was blown away by the ring. All around great experience. Can't say enough good things!

If you are unsure on the entire process of selecting a diamond, please make an appointment with Andrew, you will not regret it. He made the process so amazing and easy to understand for a guy like me with no clue . I will be referring others to TOODIES !

Adam and staff did an incredible job on an engagement ring for my fiancée. It was a custom job that came out perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Called in asking to see if they could handle sizing a double-side screw in bracelet on my new watch, girl over the phone say YES bring it in. Took it in during my lunch break, after 5-10 mins working on it she said it needs a special tool (that's why I called ahead) for it. Asked me to leave my $8K timepiece over the weekend -nah- I don't think so. Took my info down saying would call back which never happened. Clearly she had no idea what I was asking over the phone but decided to waste my times like this I guess my purchase was not big enough, went back to Long's.

I always have a great experience at Toodies. I have been once to fix a watch and another time to fix a clasp on my bracelet. I went before they opened this morning but was still helped, which was incredibly kind. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely continue going to Toodies, and would recommend to anyone looking for a Jewelry store!

The team at Toodie’s is second to none! Tremendous communication, attention to detail, and genuine kindness. They offer an amazing selection of beautiful pieces in store and online while also providing amazing custom jewelry services. Cleaning and repairs?
