The owner is a fraud. I paid for new tires and an alignment. He took my $500 dollars and put on the tires. Then took two months to finally get the alignment. He didn’t answer the phone and all around runs his business not in the customers favor. Avoid this place like the plague if you value your money. Tires started balding due to new tires with no alignment.

I went in there on 9-29-22 to get gas, about 8;15am. I said $20 regular cash. The attendant proceeded to put gas in my tank. I said what the ?????, I said 20 regular cash, not fill it. It came to $38.50. I did not have enough money. And thinking back I thought that he said something to me but was on his bluetooth phone, no wonder. I told him that I would have to come back to pay not that I thought I should. I told him I wasn't lying in which he said I know someone your age isn't lying to me. I went back around 11;30am and gave him the $18.50, the difference. Told him I was not happy and once again he comes out with I told you I didn't expect you to come back due to my age. I'm 62 and smarter than this idiot. The mistake was going back to pay in the first place. This is how you get treated at the Towne Pump. Who is this IDIOT, no brains. I got ripped off due to incompetence and continuously insulted Afterwords. I had every right to not be happy since I knew exactly what I said. I have some idiot implying that I am mentally not there. I wasn't the one with the problem. Unacceptable and appalling for a customer to be treated like this, ANYWHERE.
