Charges 10 dollars when you use your card to vacuum. Even tho it’s says 2. And the lady always in the parking lot is rude and in the way

I initially put a review up lambasting thisnplace for ripping off their customers with the automatic $10 charge on their cards for a vacuum that only states $2. When I initially looked at my account there was the $10 charge from them, I reacted quickly & left a somewhat angry reveiw. I wanted to come here & not only apologize but set the record straight. There was the $10 charge there, but it does end up just going to the $2 stated. I don't know if they initially chack if there's at least $10 in the account, & then just change it dependant on how much time you use, I'm not sure. What I didn't want to do though is leave my review saying they rip people off, they do not & I retract that claim. My only real issue with this place is its size, & that's not really their fault. Other than that, it's one of the better run self-service washes around. Oh, I also wish they had coin-op too, they only have options for using bills or a card.

They are running an unethical business here. I used the self service car wash, and was attempting to go through the recommended steps, pre-wash, tire cleaner etc. and ended up spending at the very least $20. It's over a $1 a MINUTE!! Skipping steps to the rinse wasn't an option because the pressure was too low to rinse off the products. I had to rush so I didn't run out of cash and now my car looks like a child washed it. What a scam!

For a self service place I don’t know why they couldn’t keep it as a 24x7 place. There are reasons some of us need to wash our cars at 1:30am!

I love this place but the money machine never works. I had dollar bills and it would only accept five dollar bill. It use to take quarters what happen to that concept. Bring back the machine that accepts quarters please........

For the many years I've been using this wash station have I had to deal with who I assume to be the owner. Due to the lack of cleanliness the touchless bays provide, I switched to the self service and handle the washes myself. I was told that I am not allowed to wash my car during the busy times and to get a move on. I am a paying customer and have been for years. I am not there holding the bay for 2 hours, at max 40 minutes. Car enthusiasts, stay away.
