I just bought a rotisserie chicken yesterday at the Stop and Shop near me and was wondering why they have drastically shrunk in size but the price is still the same... I was very disappointed about this and also the store has stopped carrying a lot of the items I would purchase there... I used to love Stop and Shop but I'm shopping less and less in there due to items not in stock or items shrinking in size but not price...

Stop and shop south attleboro Ma… locks one side of doors for no reason and went in tonight and the aisle are jammed with all the machines they have when the store doesnt close for hours. Cant even shop down the aisles.

I have been a loyal Stop & Shop customer since 1994.. never shopped anywhere else. I live in Franklin, MA, but about two years ago, I started shopping at your store in Milford, MA, which was newer and had lots of stock. I have noticed a steady, definite decline at this store. Today I was in that store and was appalled at the way the store looked. There was trash on the entry floor, the shelves are not stocked, there is no one around to help you.. and the employees told me they don’t have enough help.. both on the floor and at the cashiers.. out of 6 items that I specifically needed, 5 were out of stock.. unacceptable.. I can see why so many people shop at Market Basket right up the road. You need to wake up Stop & Shop, or you will lose more faithful customers like myself.

The stop and shop "weekly ad" is aggravating. In the print view, which I prefer as the grid view takes even longer to go through, has a "chat" icon that is unmoveable and obliterates what ever ad it is over. One has to scroll back and forth to see what is under it. On top of that aggravation, there is the "scissor" icon that is also unmovable, that sometimes completely obliterates the ad! Corporate Earnings for Stop and Shop have soared since the Covid Pandemic. I am paying much more for products at stop and shop which contributes to the Corporate Earnings. Perhaps some of this money could be spent on making a better and more user friendly weekly ad website.

Went to S/S pharmacy on The Cape and gave them my federal tribal ID
They refused to take it bc they don’t know any better. I am waiting on corporate office to call me back.

Was at Stop & Shop South Bay/ Massachusetts Ave location to find out that "paying customers" cannot use the bathrooms anymore PERIOD!! Because of the addicts that would come into their bathrooms & destroy it, they added locks to the doors so that you would have to ask security to let you in which they were doing for a little bit. But NOW they took that right away, its only for employees. You might be leaving going on yourself after doing your shopping ......

Not one of my digital coupons posted and I had to spend a lot of time in customer service reconstructing my entire order. The customer service person was very nice but this is unacceptable. Where is your IT Stop and Shop?

Since Stop & Shop "partnered" with InstaCart the service has been horrible! We are long-time customers of their delivery service and the switch to using IC has caused nothing but long delays in our deliveries, improper bagging (bags falling apart and food items smashed and all over everything), and items that never make it to our home for which we are not refunded as promised. I was just hung up on by a cs rep "who couldn't find our order #" and was rude and very unhelpful. We are done with Stop & Shop and have researched other food delivery services in our area. Wegman's, here we come! Edit: Our last order was a large one with many bags and the InstaCart delivery people are not adequately equipped for deliveries. Paper bags with no handles, nothing to put a large delivery in, they asked us for a cart, and my husband ended up taking the whole order from curb to our apartment. Doesn't sound like much, but it is when you live in an apartment building in NYC.

Not only are the prices high but they run out of items, Fruit horrible lately and what's up with the website, it throws you off and you have to start allover again. I shopped at stop and shop in Putnam CT but I'll travel somewhere else to shop now

I’d like to call the attention of Corporate office regarding this incident I encountered with AMINA on West Hempstead Branch, our families have been shopping to your store since you took over Pathmark and Waldbaum, this morning we only purchased few items and one of these was the Ajax Cleanser for $1.79, she followed us and the way she asked questions was so mean, I know what’s going with the retail store with the ongoing thefts, she suspected us of not scanning the Ajax cleanser, she better be careful of how to approach customers because she will get herself into trouble. As I mentioned to the Manager Matt, your staff shd be trained the proper customer service which is treat people with respect. I hope you talk to this employee coz her attitudes is possible to create trouble in the store, very ARROGANT,, as a customer I know I have the right to sue her because that’s destroying my character. Send her to class where she can be more respectful if she doesn’t know it because she deals with people

The worst experience! It is 2024 how on earth does it take 15-20 minutes for a digital coupon to upload to the system? Manager- nonexistent! It’s unfortunate that the great staff of workers there have to put up with the incompetence of management and corporate! Hey idea!! upgrade your systems! Do better! Due to not having enough open registers we’re forced to use self checkout which half the time is having trouble and the very nice people that work that area are overwhelmed by lack of help and better involvement of management in upgrade’s & perhaps listening to your workers concerns! I don’t even know if this store even welcomes input from its staff, shame on you stop & shop! Btw the extra star is for the workers! They are good people in a difficult situation.

This store is very annoying and not from lack of staff, 1 register open with a line so your forced into self check out, but if you try to bag the items it beeps and makes a person come over… I saw a manager who was walking about, not helping, a woman that I guess was bagging… but more like talking and the woman who had to keep helping us … 4 times along with the 8 other self check out lanes. Oh and they charged for the bags .

Imagine letting your employees work with no heat in winter in New England. 2 months with no heat for No. Kingstown, RI stop & shop. I'm freezing and I was in there for 20 min. The employees have winter coats on and hoodies up. I'll never go to a Stop & Shop again. Ever and I'll tell anyone who will listen.
