Not a helpful pharmacy. Would love for the pharmacy team go through training for resourcefulness when a patient has a problem that needs to be resolved. They hit a wall and throw their hands up and feel that is an appropriate solution instead of seeing the problem through. Patient should ALWAYS come first and there should not be a back and forth with the medical team that is trying to care of patients. Please remember that when your team is filling prescriptions and run into a snag.

This was a mess the time I stopped there. long lines, crowded. a cold mess. there are better stores in the area. same large selection, but I'd rather go on to them.

Although they have a decent selection and easy to navigate the store, it takes longer to check out than it does to complete your shopping. The customer service is absolutely the worst. They hold you hostage attempting to check out. Now that Market Basket is open, I'll be taking my business to them. It's a little out of the way but they have far better customer service as well as selection and price. All registers are open and get you out quickly. Stop & Shop could learn from them.

Fruits are fresh. Meats are fresh. Just made purchase from wing bar, OMG! It's Sooo salty. If you have hypertension, Don't get them, stay away or drink lots of water to flush out. Although they look good, lots and lots of salt. This was a waste of money.

Spoiled veggies and fruits! Do not shop here! Incredibly poor management. I will never shop at one of Stop N Shop locations again. Complete neglect and carelessness.

Stopped going to S&S because I don't support Companies that don't listen to their customers. Apparently S&S has forgotten that shoppers have "other options" to purchase groceries. At a gathering with friends and neighbors we were discussing the fact that it seems like 90% of the music that S&S plays in their stores is bad and seems to be done by the SAME group of people. Bad, same voices, same style, repetitious and no variety making for a poor "atmosphere" while shopping in their stores. We all decided to send our feedback to them. Instead of adding more variety to what they play in their stores they seem to have INCREASED the amount of songs from this one group. They are most likely trying to save on royalties by contracting with one group but they are now losing at least me as a customer and who knows how many others.

Excellent experience today with the pharmacy! "Alex" was superb! I had a vaccination issue with my college student daughter in Quincy (I'm in Maryland!), and Alex was so very kind and helpful. I am grateful to her for her professionalism and kindness.
