Excellent customer service SUE is very professional very down to earth and an easy to talk to she made me and my wife feel very comfortable and relaxed she’s not pushy she did not rush us she was very patient that’s what you need nowadays somebody who really truly cares about the customer and not just There money ,I purchase a used 2007 Lexus LS 460 and I had some concerns about the vehicle and SUE broke everything down to me and took care of all my concerns and problem no questions asked I recommend this dealership To everybody me and my wife really likes SUE customer service is excellent she makes you feel comfortable she treats everybody like family ,weI wish there was more Car dealers with customer service like SUE Thanks again SUE for everything? UPDATE & CHANGE IN REVIEW. Very recently picked up Corvette from SSAS. Sue in Sales could not have been more friendly and accommodating in sale.I trailered car home. In fairness I saw car run and drove it before buying. I took car out of garage for first time this past Friday and the engine blew. $6K repair. I did let dealer know. No response at all. OK. As Is sale. HOWEVER, I was expecting car to be checked out before being put out for sale by dealer. Per my mechanic, car was seriously mechanically neglected. Strong advice to anyone considering a car purchase from this dealer, have your own mechanic check it out first. Clearly these folks do not.

I came to South Shore Auto Sales after looking at several other small dealerships for a Honda Element. They had a 2005 EX that seemed like a good fit. From calling ahead of time to pulling away after purchasing the car Sue offered the best customer service I could ask for. She was responsive and followed through on my requests for information. I left being really comfortable and content with my purchase thanks to her interest in what I was looking for and taking care of the whole process professionally.

Rude, and arrogant over the phone. Would never give them my business. Called the dealership & asked for a car fax on a vehicle. They told me they don’t do car faxes for people and to come look at it and then hung up the phone.
