“This is probably the most friendly bank I've been to. And they for the most part will have multiple tellers and lines are not bad at all. Bank of America at Quincy center fails on this, I find myself always dealing with a line of 20 people and 2 tellers.”

“Okay, I’m a young millennial and opened my account online. It was easy and seamless. I got my card everything was fine until I had to get a replacement card. You can’t get a replacement card at the branch OR a virtual card, you have to wait till it comes in the mail and I really hope they change this to become more efficient because waiting 5-7 business days for a card is inefficient in modern times. Other than that, the mobile app is great and easy to use. TIP: Link your bank with another bank to transfer money between them if you’re waiting on your card. On the phone customer service is amazing. No comments on the bank tellers.”

“I had to read some of the 1 star reviews, because I have NEVER had a one star episode with HUECU in my 25 year history with them. I find them to be accessible, polite, helpful, considerate, and have helped me when no other institutions would. I am not saying they are perfect, or their first attempts at online banking were without limitations, but in comparison to alternatives like BofA or Citibank, I can actually talk to a person in under 5 minutes. That alone gets them 3 stars every time because I am in California. Thank the universe for HUECU! I'm so happy to have them in my corner!”

“The workers there are amazing they really care and really work with your needs and anyway to make things easy. I have had many types of banks living in different cities and towns and not one bank did I like or get along untill this one came along. It's the first bank that really does care and protect you against any possible issue and keeps u up to date and really does work with yah they are so incredable. I walk in always feeling welcomed and feeling that they really are happy to see me plus no other bank ever ask my updated on how my life is and how I'm doing and if there's anything they can do to help make things easier or less complicated to just ask and they'll help. He answered the phone when I initially called, patiently answered all of my many questions, and sent a list of paperwork I would need.
