The tellers are very nice to talk with, and they remember you (if youre nice OR mean 1 star reviewers) ive asked simple questions to the tellers and gotten answers or theyve called someone over to answer it (i even asked basic math questions at one point) setting up an account was great the woman i set it up with was quick and smart. I went away on business before my atm card showed up and because i hadnt activated it she called me herself to make sure everything was okay. She walked me through setting up the app too. Good branch

I love this bank and especially this particular branch! I have always received a great service here. Everyone is very professional, super nice and genuinly cares about their clients.Special thank you to wonderful Huilan Lin! She knows all clients by name and makes us feel welcomed and special! She is incredibly professional, helpful and so nice!I always leave the bank in a great mood! Thank you to all who work there!Highly recommend! ??

DO NOT go to this bank unless you want to get ripped off. I just called to see if I could cash a small check drawn on Santander because I read other reviewers couldn't get all of their money.Since I don't drive, I wanted to avoid taking public transit to my own bank some distance away. The Santander person said there was a $6 charge to cash the check without having an account myself, but he'd check with an associate to see if the account holder waived that policy.When he came back on the line, he said there's no way of knowing if there would be a charge or not until they started processing the check. That means, they'd take the check from me and if there's a charge, they wouldn't give me back the check since it was already being "processed.!"FORGET IT! I'll use public transport to get to my own bank rather than being ripped off! BEWARE!!!

Your location here is horrible! ATM is trash, closes early, ATM steals bank cards, never money in the ATM so no withdrawals, miss counts cash deposits, such a horrible bank.

Waited over 6days for a payroll check to clear, then when it did, I only got half my check. Went in to ask why, and all they said was because of business days. So I tell them, that doesn't make sense, it's a payroll check, why am I only getting half. So here comes this broad, telling me the same thing, and I look at her in the face and say- that doesn't answer my question. Still didn't get answer. This has been multiple times I haven't gotten all my pay, the people that work here rip you off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their ATM ate my moms debit card. She had gone in to the bank to get it back. The manager there instructed the teller not to give my mom back her card. She then proceeded to kick my mom out of the bank. People like this manager should not work with the public. We are in a global pandemic and now my mom has to wait 5-7 business days for a new card. Have some compassion & do better.

I do not recommend banking here. I had a really poor experience with this location/branch. The communication was unacceptable; I tried reaching them twice through their website contact form and then I left voicemails for two different specialists. Nobody returned my calls nor did anyone email me. I called them during normal business hours so there is no reason for them to ignore me. I was trying to acquire about a mortgage but I have since found far superior service with another bank.

Most Santanders I go to have the slowest service ever but this one has been the best in my experience. Fast, efficient service to go along with friendly, helpful staff.

I am pulling my money out of this bank. I have only had an account for about 4 months, and that was too long. Their computer system is horrible as is their online banking cus svc number. This is the worst. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT
