The absolute worse experience that I have had at any bank EVER! This branch is extremely rude on several fronts. Felt that energy as soon as I came in. The way the branch manager approached me suspiciously...stopping me before I was able to get to a teller. The teller was inexperienced and the more "senior" person was not much help. But the obnoxious manager never came back...instead he sat down in another lender's office only a few feet away to have what appeared to be a casual conversation. I took my money back and went to another branch.I told the teller at the other branch about my experience and they were appalled on how unprofessional and untrained they were. Then he proceeded to help me...only took a few moments to assist.From the other negative reviews, I am surprised and disappointed that the corporate offices haven't looked into this branch.

Decided to go to the drive-through to do a withdrawal because I wanted all hundreds I have a two month old baby in the car so they tell me that the drive-through is only for deposits only I never heard this in my life and this is the only drive thru Santander in Quincy I think this is pure laziness from the staff I will be closing my accounts

Terrible staff and service. They don’t like working or want to be bothered helping their customers. Said they can not help with pin change. When I went to another location they said the Beale St branch just didn’t want to. The funny thing is the Beale st location had changed my pin a few months ago.Also, not very diverse staff.

worst experience of a bank. I wonder why it is still alive? unprofessional staff. Unwilling to help. Received a promotion that asks me to go to a branch. And the banker there told me to go online. Supper unhelpful and unprofessional. Will never bank with Santander.

Went to cash a check in my name into my boyfriends account here so I could walk away with the cash in hand, double endorsed with both of us present and our IDs and they refused to do it. This is something I have previously done at other Santander locations when I used to live in Plymouth. Made me use the ATM to deposit the check and teller had me put my card info in and then started pressing buttons for me. Took $100 out of my account without asking or checking my balance. My account is now in the negatives headed into the holiday weekend because she took the cash out before the check cleared. This is not the first time I have walked away unhappy after visiting this branch. I have been a santander customer for 10 years and will be closing my santander account as this is the closest branch to me and too much of a hassle.

I'm a Santander Bank customer for many years. This bank as a whole isn't so bad it's actually better than some other banks that I dealt with before. I've been to about 4 different branch of this bank and this one at 20 Beale St Wollaston MA by far is the worst. This one star rating is for this older guy who works there in his 60s seems like he's the branch manager I'm not 100% sure, but if you ever been to this place you will know who I'm talking about and please do yourself a favor just avoid him and wait for someone else to help you.
