I had a pleasant experience working with the branch manager Peter to resolve personal banking issues. Peter was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Rockland Trust North Quincy to anyone with banking needs.

Rockland Trust is anything but, the now don't even honor thier own checks. If write a check, people can no longer cash it.... What a disgrace to the banking industry.. Changing banks immediately and never looking back at these commies.

I went in looking for a new checking account, the people in this location are so helpful. My banker Laura answered all my questions, and explained all the features and benefits. The experience was easy and pleasant. Oh BTW the building is sparkling clean too.Good job guys ! The Quincy community is happy to have this bank :) keep up the good work

This branch is full of monkeys and this whole bank is a** don't f****** go here go to a credit union cuz this bank is full of s*** heads that don't know wtf they're doing.

I will not recommend this bank to an enemy! For more than 50 days they have put an account that cleared a check on hold. The check was deposited on the 11th August and it cleared my account on the 13th. The value of the check has since being drawn from my bank. Yet they have refused to release the funds to the beneficiary. No bank else does this!!! Only Rockland Trust.

This is a great Rockland Trust branch. I really appreciate the kind service I have received here. They are fair to all their customers and appreciate everyone. Quincy is so lucky to have this bank there. They love their customers. It is convenient to the MBTA bus lines and has great hours. I really miss this bank since I moved. Thank you for your kindness.

Hands down the best bank in the area. This branch provides exemplary customer service. They have not only remembered my name from day one, but they even remember my kids. I usually work with Matt, who is outstanding, i have opened 4 accounts with him and secured a loan. He even got me set up for credit card processing for my construction business and it's all linked to my business checking acct. It was really easy and they have streamlined the process perfectly. Even though I moved across town I continue to do all my in-person business at thos branch and I have no plans on going anywhere else.
