I had a great experience this morning at Quest Diagnostics in Quincy. The experienced staff there are extremely knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and helpful, especially around the technical check-in and scheduling aspects. That Lab is obviously busy, but having that level of experience in the Nursing Staff is key, especially with the general public, which is not the easiest to deal with. Thank you again for the nice Customer experience! Anywho, Happy Holidays!

They don't answer phone calls it's just automated calls so don't bother call, find other lab is better

The short white woman with the glasses that sits closest to the entry door is rude. The facility states that walk ins are welcome when in actual, they do NOT take walk ins. There isn't any disclaimers that say you need a PHYSICAL form of lab requests in order for the phlebotomists to actually draw blood. They also say if you don't have the physical paper work, you are allowed to fax copies over. What justice does it do US patients to fax paper work over when it takes OVER an hour for the facility to receive the documents while us patients are ONLY given a 10 minute grace period before the appointment is canceled?? I was turned away the first day for being late but they allegedly welcome walk-ins. The second day, THEIR system didn't receive my faxed documents in time and my appointment time ran out. This place sucks. Throw the whole staff away. Every patient was leaving with an attitude because of the absence attentiveness from the workers.

The employee with black glasses and dark blonde hair in a ponytail working on 8/22/23 was extremely rude to an Asian man in front of me at around 2:45PM. He clearly couldn't speak much English at all, and had called someone to translate for him, but the lady working was loudly and slowly speaking English in his face and patronizing him in front of myself and several others. I will not be coming back to this location for any reason.

Treated like a child. Told she me she was sorry for my "boo boo" because I had an emergency visit to my doctor because she injured my arm, and was very painful . Get blood drawn somewhere else unless you like to be treated like a Moron!

I just got my blood drawn by the nicest lady, 06/12/23, 3:30 pm appointment. She was the lady closest to the main door at the time (far right desk). (Dirty blonde hair). It was my first time getting blood drawn ever and she was so, unbelievably supportive. Walked me through the entire process, held a conversation with me too to calm me down. And right after recommended me places to go out to eat and calm myself down. I didn’t catch her name, but whoever you are, just know you made my day! Thank you for helping out anxious folks. Whoever’s the manager, please let her know how amazing she was.

I was 5 min early to my appointment and they took me in right away. I am a nervous needle person and my phlebotomist let me lay down and was very helpful/nice!

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here was so incredibly unprofessional and frankly, down right nasty. I was 1 minute late to my appointment and was extremely apologetic. I tried calling for the 45 minutes it took me to get there but there is no direct line. The nasty women in the main lobby asked in front of a lobby full of patients if I was here for a court ordered drug test. I wasn't but regardless discussing my medical reasoning in a lobby full of people is a hippa violation. They ended up not allowing ke to get blood drawn because anything more than one vile of blood is extremely rude to ask of the staff after being sixty seconds late. I literally ran from my car into the office. I cannot believe they are allowed to treat people so unkind. They only informed me they would not allow me to have blood drawn after making me wait 15 minutes. Nasty staff only brings then entire office down. I cannot believe they think they can speak to people like that. There was a Spanish speaking man in front of me that they were yelling at thibning that volume would help him understand. I will never use this location moving forward. And looking at previous reviews I will need to make sure I am not charged through insurance for checking in even though I was not seen.

The one star is an indictment not just of the bureaucracy of this place but the Healthcare system as a whole. My girlfriend has literally paid thousands of dollars to address a serious health issue and no one can even seem to make sure the paperwork is correct. If this is the service that high-dollar Healthcare buys in the United States then the entire system needs to be thrown in the garbage. It's ridiculous

Brought my elderly father who has dementia and is very unsteady. The staff were rushed, rude and totally unhelpful. They wouldn't let him wait in their waiting room even though it had many open seats available and told us to wait in the building lobby because we were too early. I explained that I didn't mind waiting elsewhere, but it's difficult for my father to walk. They didn't care at all. Made us leave the office and go to the building lobby. Perhaps give empathy and compassion a try with your debilitated patients.

Accompanied my girlfriend to this office for her to get a urinalysis. A year ago she was able to walk in with no problem. Apparently the procedure has changed for that and there is no notification of this change on the website or otherwise.But it's totally okay because the lady who was at the front desk very rudely and unprofessional explained the procedure as fast as possible without acknowledging our actual presence. She also managed to scream at us about needing masks while there is no clear sign saying masks are required.Then while trying to navigate the sign in kisok, another front office person told us to bluntly get out of the way of the front desk which IS WHERE THE KIOSK HAS BEEN SET UP. SO I really don't know where they expected us to stand.There is no direction to set up a walkin appointment on the website and it's clear the front desk feels it's beneath them to have to give this information when unknowing patients show up. So maybe fix that and make everyone happy.

I looked the place Online to get the address and come out with poor rating and still want there as soon as I walk in a lab worker was shaking her head , Very irresponsible behaviour , you come in for lab work or even drop off it will be a hard as hellJust like they don’t want nobody to come here , the management need to give this location a close look

I really like their online appt which generates a QR code for easy check-in. My appointment is for 830 am and I am in my car at 8:51 am Leaving this review. It was very efficient. Vanessa who works the front desk and is also a phlebotomist is absolutely phenomenal. She’s very nice and I didn’t feel anything when she drew my blood. I highly recommend this location.

My mom has to stop in every week to two weeks for her blood draw. The phlebotomist Donna has been so kind and helpful to my mother. The staff helps her sign in and helps her out the door when needed. We appreciate all they do for her.
