My car was hit and run while parked which left my front driver side on a brand new car looking awful. Just had my car serviced and the team did a great job on it. They were thorough to ensure that everything was checked and returned to that new car look it had prior to the accident, they even washed my car which was really nice of them.

If I could give 10 stars I would !
I did a lot of research due to fact my 2015 GMC Denali is black and the toughest color to work with. I was put off by a couple negative reviews but the more I looked at them, they were petty reviews that had nothing to do with the work done, which I must say was top quality, done on time, with no “extras and overage charges “
These smaller businesses work their tails off to establish a reputation, and these picky people that just look for a complain, like “ my check book went missing “
Guarantee she found it under her unpaid bills on her table…
I had thousands of $ in tools
Left in my truck, and not a thing was out of place !
Very very highly recommend this business and can’t wait to get my 75 Eldorado convertible in for some touch up work !

They did everything they could for me in a messed up insurance situation. Getting a car fixed is no joke these days, parts take forever. Its not the autobody shops fault its the dealer and manufacturers. If your car is sitting with no parts, sue the company. End of story. My car was rear ended so hard it pushed me into another truck, brand new TLX. And it still looks brand new after they fixed it. Thanks Peter and George.

Got into an accident in my Mazda and Perfection got my car towed and fixed in just a few weeks. Looks better than it did before accident honestly. My car was damaged at Audi Burlington by their employees, and I was skeptical about letting them handle the repair... I asked my boss Howie Jacobs, since he owns a Rolls Royce, "who should I go to?? who do you trust?"... He told me "if you go to Peter you will not regret it." People dont realize that putting petty post with low ratings make a great business that people work their tails off to build look bad when the complaint 9 out of 10 times has nothing to do with the quality of work. I had my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali repaired here and the work was 100% top quality, done on time, with no delays or issues. I was concerned with where it went cause its black and the hardest paint color to work on. Being from the neighborhood i drive by all the time and constantly amazed at the collision damage that goes in and how quickly its out front back to looking new ! This is a great shop and will do top quality work every time. Keep in mind they are in business to make $ so if your cut rate insurance company puts a limit to what he is paid to do put your low * review on them, not the guy that did what he was paid to do ! And the checkbook thing ? I left a ton of valuable tools and stuff in there and not 1 thing was out of place ! And i made sure i knew what was there and where it always was. Definitely be back if anyone hits me again, and bringing my 75 eldorado in for some minor work because ive seen some Quality collector cars there at times. Cars that people dont just bring to the place cause its close, they go cause they know the man doing the work is capable of doing the work and doing it right. On good old fashioned metal car bodies !

I went to these guys a couple months ago to get my bumper fixed after it was damaged in a hit and run. This was thankfully the first time I’ve needed body work on my car and they made it a great experience. They were extremely friendly and professional and did fantastic work. They communicated directly with my insurance company, which made it a very easy process! I would definitely go back here for any car needs in the future.

Several people in a local Facebook group recommended Perfection Auto Repair when I needed work done from a hit and run in a parking lot. From the beginning Peter was super responsive and willing to work with my schedule. He responded to my inquiry by email which is a huge bonus when trying to multitask at work and many small businesses miss this point. He handled everything with my insurance seamlessly. When the car was returned to me we realized that the dealership had provided a faulty part and Peter was quick to rectify the problem within hours. His crew came to pick up my vehicle and drop it back off so I wasn’t inconvenienced and they were thorough and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs locally. Thank you all for making what could easily be a painful experience so easy!
